Attach the switch and buzzer. Then you need to install firmware first. After that buzzer will beep when it is successfully uploaded. The click on connect with COM=AUTO, BAUD Rate=115200. Once connected your COM and Baud rate will change automatically. Mine changed from AUTO to COM 11 and BaudRate changed from 115200 to 9600 after the connection.

I had the same issue. Make sure your usb cable can transfer data and power then your pc will recognize the fc.
