Got mine a few weeks ago. It’s a great product! So much better than my homemade mount!

Just gotten my order and im already having issues. Extra bolt in bag which i later found out goes to a part of the pole clamp. Came out because it was completely stripped and wouldnt secure what its supposed to. Up to 5mph trolling? Load of BS! Look sturdy at first, i had it on the water first time and its completely damaged just from moving the boat around at 2mph. Arm that goes into the metal holding pipe is plastic, you screw the tension screw through the metal holding pipe to keep the pole from turning. Metal screw to plastic is a big no no. Will not hold and cuts into the plastic, the whole arm now moves everytime the boat moves constantly damaging it. Pole is awsome too but tension screw to hold the pole is plastic, will not hold the pole from turning while moving. Frustrating! Lets see what support does.
Addition product looked return with damges when i received it

I love how the comments are exposing the company for having shitty customer service, definitely not buying it now lol

I ordered...no response. I had to call. My order was taken but backordered. Waiting on parts. Show out of stock. I cancelled my order.

Texted, called several times and left a message, these guys appear to be out of business!
