Same, probably one of the best. The level design was so much better than most dmc games.

Nah, I never really laughed at Honest Game Trailers when it was on Smosh Games. But since it went to Fandom Games they are 6 out of 6. It definitely has gotten way funnier for me

Some of DMC is extremely campy, even to veterans. And that's why we love it.

With its outdated level design, DMC5 manages to feel like the first real game in ages, not a bunch of interactive portions getting in the way of the cutscenes.
And yes, give me that cutscene over story any day.

He wouldn't have dared do it had it not been for the fact that one of his buddies carried a gun into the room and threatened anyone who tried to intervene. @@xenowarrior282 Dumbed down combat my ass and regarding the writing, it's way better than any other game in the series unless you're a straight-up weeb. I don't get this "disrespecting original games" take. It's nothing more than "I didn't want to like it or try to like it or give it a chance so I just bash it". Even Hidecki Kamiya was pissed off at fans for not even giving it a chance. You can laugh about the wig thing all you want, but that was the thing people focused on for years before realizing it they were mad that they couldn't take a joke. It's still funny how the fanbase forgot that the reboot existed because they hated 4 and Nero to the point where the fanbase practically fell for either a very elaborate marketing scheme or one born from serendipity and idiots not using their brains.

Like ffs they wasted 2 whole buttons on a dedicated dodge (why tf would you need 2 dodge buttons that do the exact same thing) and they dedicated ANOTHER button for launch. The combat is worse than dmc3, a game that came out 8 years before it in the ps2 age. Better writing? Are you shitting me? Its literally written by a kid who just learned a few curse words and thought they were the coolest thing ever. Tf do you mean no one gave the game a chance? I'm pretty sure almost everyone gave it a chance and it just spat in their face. Even if the wig thing was a joke (its not) its not even an honest joke because his hair becomes white in DT and it becomes white at the end of the game. Even the style of the hair looks more like the original Dante. I don't ever remember Kamiya being mad at people. I do however remember a tweet where someone said that they missed the original Dante and he responded with "Me too..." People didnt hate 4 and Nero so much that they made the reboot. Either you were misinformed or are just ignorant (probably the latter) People were mostly positive with 4. Its still the highest selling game in the series and the only reason a reboot was made was because the sales weren't Call of Duty numbers.
The game itself i didn't hate. It was more of claiming it was dante and vergil when they just weren't. If they didn't call it devil may cry and just called it something else, i think the game would have done better. Dante has always been known for being over the top, cool, and felt like nothing much would phase him. The DmC Dante felt more like a teenager with something to prove trying to be cool. It just wasn't our Dante and trying to claim it was just didn't work.

Honest Trailer Kingdom Hearts 3
"Watch as you do absolutely nothing of plot importance for 20 hours and then doing 10 hours of absolutely plot critical stuff that could have been done earlier."
I still like KH3, tho. Don't judge.
As of now, it is barely average. For me, at a 7.1. So much of what made Kingdom Hearts is missing . No ff characters, no Sephiroth, more secret bosses, more keyblades, more kingdom hearts type worlds, expanding twilight town, better pacing in story, needs better story content, a option to dualwield( i've wanted this for so long) and more playable characters etc . The game just seems watered down. And Disney is definitely to blame . More bosses/content i guess will be added in Winter so we'll see if it's worth the wait. Looks like Roxas and Aqua will be playable from what the trailer shows !
