So hey I don't know where to ask this but you seem as likely as anyone to know - around the early 90s I saw some kind of PSA on TV, possibly Global's "Kids TV", which was making some kind of political point about kids being classified as "youths" or something, ending with the line "Tell them, 'Hey, I'm a kid!'". I did not understand it at all at the time, never saw it again, have no evidence outside my own mind it ever existed. Anybody know if there's anything I can do to search for it, I've wanted to know what it was about for decades
This PSA is from 1983. There was another one from the same campaign with a young guy doing the narration and a woman doing the end voice over.
