    Beside the 2 cool places to have an beer. I recall. People barbecuing in the street. Every other car was a taxi that was honking at you. Lol.
    We liked it.

      @@TheDufresnes caught a couple yellow fin Tuna and had them prepared at the Soda Jardin. Stayed in las palmas. Soooo many chili guaro lol

    A mí familia y a mi nos encanta playas del coco a finales de enero de este 2022 estuvimos ahi siempre todos los años vamos una semana somos de san jose lo felicito por el video muchas gracias

      Buenos días como estan? Si estuvimos en playa Samara hace muchos años cuando se cruzaba por el ferry del río tempisque estaban construyendo el puente de la amistad en aquel momento pero si hemos visto los videos que usted sube gracias y que esten bien

    I really liked the beach bar at the end of the road. It was great at night. Also the sports bar 1/2 way down was pretty cool. Great little street.

    Stayed there! Playa....no “s”😅want to come back but who knows with all the restrictions coming again. Trying to talk my 26 yr old to move there! 🙏🏻🙏🏻 or anywhere in CR. Beach is good...restaurants are good...it’s a great place.

      There actually is an s it's called playas del coco, it's on the maps and on the sign with the shark.

    The beach is not good for swimming but there is a place to find rent equipment for diving, I am from Guanacaste knows that beach since I was a child

    What day did you record this video? Everything looks empty, few people and cars on the streets. I used to live there before the pandemics

    Last year I went to Costa Rica and landed in San Jose and visited manual Antonio and surrounded areas. I wanted to go back to Costa Rica but land in Liberia this time and visit the near by area but after looking at your video it seems the same. Not sure if it’s worth going again over visiting a new country .

      It's completely different, especially the Samara area. Manuel Antonio is very touristy where here it's more laid back beach town

    I seen a golf cart and a ATV driving down the street. Are those unlicensed vehicles that are legally allowed to drive in the street?

      Hola Mark, thanks for watching! You can legally drive ATVs and Golf carts around the towns, they are licensed and insured. You have to pay the marchamo (insurance) every December

    We walked down the same sidewalk that runs along the beach you filmed. Couldn’t go five feet without someone trying to sell us beads or bracelets. Reminded me of Tijuana honestly.

      @@TheDufresnes We just got back from costa rica. We loved the country great people, but we honestly did not like playa del coco. when we told other ticos that we went there they were like that's not a good beach, we didn't even like the restaurant our tour guy recommended jardin paraiso restaurant,and for the price the food was mediocre.
