So cool to learn about Sammy's family and that you two met in Costa Rica!! I would love to hear more about the story of how you met and how you decided to become full-time travellers!!
Sammy and Tommy, thirty eight minutes, watching your movie, and I think pretty much every much EVERYONE in the world 🌎 (even OUTSIDE of Costa Rica 😂) can think of how great of how great this movie this is!! 😂 So bring it on!! 😂
SO GLAD you guys got that quality time with family and friends! Sammy your fam looks like my kind of people 💃🥳 They’re all so cute and fun… now we know where you get it from 😄
Wow - I wouldn't have guessed that part of your family is from CR, Sammy - thank you for taking us with you on your visit... sweet surprise. You look super happy, in pura vida & re-connection mode.
OMG you guys ... I'm 😢 I watch all your videos to my surprise you are in my home town playas del coco .. Sammy is 1/2 Costarrican I'm like whattttt. .. !!!! My beautiful Playas del Coco and the surrounding areas thank you for sharing this beautiful family time .. and yes the sad part is that Our Country (because you guys are ticos ) is so expensive. We were the there the weekend of 17 just for 3 days .. I can't wait for next video ... 😍
That’s so awesome, what a small world! Coco is our home away from home. We really hope you can visit your home town again soon! Thanks so much for sharing :)
Love it!!! Thanks for sharing. I didn’t realize that you are from South Louisiana. That’s where my mom grew up and was born. Have lots of family there. You guys are definitely one of my favorite RUclipsrs next to Kara and Nate of course😉
Any chance you could mention about the car hire process please? We are coming to Costa Rica next year but the car hire process is daunting and really expensive. Thanks.
Of course, Costa Rica can be a little tricky with the car rentals. The link to our car rental is in the description but if you have any specific questions message us on ig 👍
@@SammyandTommy Theres plenty. Antigua Guatemala is a must. Lots to do in the colonial city and outskirts of the city (farms, food, drinks, ecotourism, volcanoes, hikes, etc). Theres also Atitlán, which is a lake surounded by volcanoes with many towns around the lake with nice Airbnbs, restaurants, local indigenous markets, etc. Theres also Tikal, (famous mayan ruins) in Petén, you can reach Flores by plane.
of course the above are the "main" places, however there are also other more "deep" once, like "el mirador" which is the biggest pyramid in the world, which does require a many days hike in the jungle... quite demanding (or helicopter tour, maybe expensive) El paredon (beach with black sand a more hipster vibe and for surfing) And also Guatemala City, it has plenty of places but its more of a "modern" take, restaurants, bars, some parks. And no, its not as dangerous as people say it is, you just have to take your precautions as any latin american city.
@@SammyandTommy ohhh .. intensive travel may be one of the reason … I am a 15 yr old boy and going through receding hair line and thinking of shaving my head but don’t have the guts to do so
