When I went to cancun I had booked for Isla Mujeres all inclusive trip from one of the agents at the resort. It was fantastic that company provided pick up and drop service to the ferry port in a Volvo bus. I boarded the yacht where drinks were included then they took us to a beach club where I had lunch and spent time. Then they gave us golf cart to explore the city. When you book ferries from outside then there are high chances of facing issues like that
