Something was pulling me back from watching a khutbah. I felt a heavy burden, a backward pull, a silent whisper telling me to watch something else other than an Islamic lecture. Against all the struggle, I went to the channel and randomly selected this video based on the title. And what a miracle, that I have stumbled upon the very video that would explain why I was feeling the reluctance. Now that I have watched it, I feel the reluctance gone and the burden lifted. May be Saytan could not stop me now so he moved away and waiting in the next stop. But no matter, In Shaa Allah I will find the strength to overcome again. May the almighty Allah bless us all, light our path, guide us through darkness, and give us strength to overcome Shaytan in every moment of our life. Ameen.
This lecture really hits me hard. I'm a born muslim but a non practising one. Tried to better myself a few times and i keep falling. It really is a struggle to stay on the path of Allah. I pray that Allah will protect me from the whispers of syaitan.

Few days ago I was fasting... That day was the most challenging and full of roadblocks day of the week! I felt the Sheithan’s work there. And I knew his motive was to stray me off the right path, to make me abandon my fast or to simply loose hope that the fast would be accepted. Now everything is reconfirmed to me. Stay strong, brothers and sisters! May we always remember Allah azawajal and hold on His rope and promise!

Nouman Ali Khan is the best teacher of the Quran and speaker I've ever heard. He has the ability to explain everything properly, easily so we can all understand simply and through passion he enlightens us with great examples that we can relate too and which are in common many of our problems we suffer from in this world.

Asalamualaikum, Context always matters and this is why, when he said Allah did not make it for anyone it was referring to people who “think” just because someone has been guided their life is easy, and Allah made is easy for them to come to islam contrary to the other person who is struggling to get out of sins. But towards the end he is talking about the prophets and the righteous, This is life is not easy for anyone. Even prophet Muhammad SAW had to go through a very very difficult life. So the question is what does it mean make the path easy for us, it means that everyones life is hard but when u follow Allah’s deen dealing with it becomes easy. Going through trials become easy. Having patience becomes easy. Because you trust Allah swt with all your affairs.
