- In today’s hyper consumerist societies, where effortless instant gratification is the norm, it is easy for those whose faith is weak to stray from the path of Allah. Those whose faith is literally “on the edge”, weighed down by unanswered questions and unresolved emotions, are ready to fall off when faced with life’s inevitable trials and tribulations. But at such times of personal and public crisis, says Nouman Ali Khan, we must remember that the purpose of those tests is to draw those with strong faith closer to Allah, who has a plan for everybody. Both Yacoub (AS) and Musa’s mother lost a child but despite their agony, and because they both had unshakable faith, the former was reunited with his son after many years while the latter was returned to his mother within hours. When we question Allah’s design we miss the core truth that reality will only submit to us when we submit ourselves to Allah. This is ultimately the path to inherit paradise.
This guy knows how to think about deen. He clearly has a lot of iman. And it compels me to work on my relationship with Allah. It's a special relationship that's important than any other.

I've experienced being on that edge before ..mixed emotions of pain, grief and anger, but still holding to faith like burning charcoal..

I am sorry for my bad writing although i want to describe something. I am listening ustad's lecture since 3 years. All the time i learn many influential indicators from his lecture. I always get influenced by his lecture. On which way he describes the word of Allah by his speech, its really excellent. I pray to Allah so that Allah gives him long live to serving the human kind in that way. Indeed, Allah increases his knowledge more than that. After watching this lecture, a little bit of tear gathered in the corner of my eyes.
I've been listening ustad's lecture for three years, throughout this time, I learned a lot of life advices from his lectures, and I always get influenced by them. The way he describes Allah is really excellent. I pray to Allah so that he may grant him a long life to serve humankind in that way, and that his knowledge gets expanded even further. After watching this lecture, a little bit of tear gathered at the corner of my eyes.

I spend hours crying listen to how he explains the language and The Word of Allah . Allah Akbar. Im from North Carolina Native American and born in Christian family, but I asked The Author of All existence for guidance and he lead me to Zakir Naik on RUclips and now I’m here every day at least 5 video of this and it is a sure reminder of My Lord who has blessed me to see and live this life and I submit my will too Allah and Muhammad peace and blessings be up him is The Messenger of Allah . He is Allah, the gracious, the mighty and wise.. He knows what is best for us and when it's best to have... May Allah help us to overcome our weakness, our pain.. I finally found my answer. I swear I have looked for YEARS to find an answer to this particular confusion. He explained my problem to the point and didn't miss a thing. ALLAH Hu AKBAR ! what a understanding of deen ALLAH(SWT) has blessed Nouman Ali Khan with .. The way he looks into situations , problems and all other stuffs around us is completely incredible .. His perspective is way more distinctive than any of us.He is one of the rarest persons to whom ALLAH(SWT) has granted the best of understanding or absorption of our religion . He absolutely changes our outlook towards situations . And more importantly he has entirely altered my attitude towards my faith , my religion and most importantly towards ALLAH(SWT) the exalted , the almighty . Why is it that anytime I watch any of NAK's lectures or khutbahs I always find my jaw dropped, my forearms goosebumped and my eyes teary at the end of the clip? LOL. LOVED the interpretation of cries of yaaghob (AS). As God wrote at the beginning of soorah Yousef: there are lessons to learn for those who understand. Mashallah.

I've been writing lately, I've realised we do make duuas for changes around us but, we fail to see properly. When we ask for patience, Allah set gives us a test - so we can be patient. When we pray for strength, He will give us a situation where we have the chance to be strong and so on. We just seem to be a little blind sometimes because we're all covered by different and difficult situations we hardly pause to see the wisdom behind it all. May Allah bestow His mercy on us and Guide us on the straight path and give our hearts the eyes to see a little clearer. Amin Ya Rabbi

When ur push to the edge, you will only learn what submission to God is, and that ur purpose in life is to give God the glory, to worship God alone, God sovereignity.. and that no matter what or how hard it takes of circumstances wherein, relationships, unresolved matters, business issues,, whatever our self aiming.. No matter what the hiding or seeking, we should learn submission to God, who knows everything who is everything..

I have seen the reality change too, but I didn’t ask for it specifically, I just said “I trust myself to Allah, La havla wa la quwata ila billah” (Allah forgive me, if I misspelled it), and I’ve also seen the change in my own thoughts too... I think the reality may change too, if you truly believe and if it doesn’t effect the other creatures
