The track is called Duel of the Fates because its the duel what decides Anakin fate, Lucas has even confirmed that Anakin wouldn't have turned if Qui-Gon had lived. Obi-Wan while a great Jedi wasn't ideal for Anakin as a master as he's too much like a brother and best friend when what Anakin needed was a father.

No haters please. Episode 1 may be the weakest of the Star Wars movies but you have to admit that it came up with some of the best music in the franchise.
The most heinous thing about Episode 1 was that it didn't serve the story and had Jar Jar in it. Episode 2 is, unquestionably, the worst Star Wars film. It's badly acted, it's not directed at all, it's poorly written, the story is a garbled mess and the characters don't have anything resembling an Arc or a progression. Episode One was just pointless, but two is the one that was actively terrible.
Disagree about 1 being the worst. I cannot understand how somebody can say a Star Wars film (with exceptions to the Holiday Special etc) being worse than 2. 2 is the absolute worst, there is one redeeming section to the film, and that's the colosseum for some good old fashioned mindless action. Even the end lightsaber fight is utter garbage, and last of all, the creme de la creme..."I don't like sand". Pure trash.
Darth Maul should have lived through the prequels, and have added a scene where Sidious, wanting Anakin over Maul, sends Maul to battle his arch nemesis Obi Wan and Obi Wan gets all worked up because he killed his master and finally kills him.

Maul did survive if you count the TV shows. He had bionic implants to keep him alive similar to Vader.
