Very good video. I am just getting started in leather working so I really like how you used some common things from around the shop/house, when you could, so you didn't have to buy a lot of stuff! For my first project, I am going to make a case for one of my electrical test meters. Basically just a larger version of the phone case you made here. Good job!
Nice job and good explanation of process! Only very small criticism is that I would have edge finished/burnished the edges of the cutout hole at the base of the phone.

Tim Dawson and perhaps adjusted the foldover crease so the 4 corner trim wasn’t necessary - I would definitely screw that part up!
