What makes Chick-Fil-A successful has always been the same. A simple menu with a pleasingly simple signature item, consistent service and quality output. Any restaurant can be successful when you have that going for you. In-N-Out does the same thing but better IMO. Rally's or Jack in the Box does the same thing but not as well, if that helps illustrate what I mean. Everything else is fluff. The restaurant can be anything at all if it his those three points: 1. a simple menu that invites exploration with a simple signature item. 2. consistent service *Not consistently fast or excellent, people love the Waffle House because they know what to expect. 3. Delicious food that they want to eat over and over. Some places are sucessful without hitting those points, either because they instead are operating where there are no alternatives, or where the business is actually about real estate instead of the restaurants.
If this country has no problem supporting the openly anti-queer owned franchise (that sells chicken that's almost as good as the worst Popeye's) then I'm going to take my family and move to Vermont or out of the country. Vermont banned chick-fil-a because of the antigay history of the company.
O wow forreal? I didnt know that. Are you sure? I dont think states can ban companies especially since the supreme said corporations are people and have the same rights as individuals ie. Freedom of speech.
