How to create new user account with or without password using command prompt Windows 10

@@Buniverself I switched to Linux Mint 20 with a backup windows 10 SpyGhetto alternative boot. I don't believe that it solved my problem, but if I want to do gaming, I can switch to Spydows.

Here is my message after adding the user: "User was successfully added but could not be added to the user local group." What I did was to try to move the Users to another drive to conserve writing on the SSD drive. Now I unable to log in.

alternatively you can use Windows power shell and run the same commands. make sure you run cmd or power shell "as administrator"
