Great video! I ordered the blue one with two batteries, optical flow and a transmitter upgrade a week ago and can't wait to get it! I've never had a chopper. 😎✌️
My go-to backyard flier is a Goosky S1. In stability mode it flies absolutely great and handles small breezes with ease! I will admit though, for the price point your fixed pitch RC ERA C138 flies nice and stable with no tail wag. Not too shabby!
I’ve got all three of these little guys and absolutely love them!!! Inside flyer mainly. I do manual takeoffs and landings and do alot of practice trying to mimic a real 206B in flight. Had my share of crashes when she gets away from me but overall safe flying. Does anyone know if as we put time on the motors and rotor mast are you experiencing any sloppy handling due to wear? I do worry about long term viability, but for this price point how long can we expect these little guys to stay tight? Any info is appreciated. I did buy the BO-105 Boelkow 2 years ago and it has very sloppy almost uncontrollable habits after all the hours I’ve put on that one.
I got the blue one today and mine has trim issues galore. I've crashed it on 3 separate occasions already as it doesn't seem to respond to the radio to well I've watched several videos and appears I may have been blessed with a dud lol 🤣 but thank goodness they give an extra tail rotor as my original one is lost after the last crash. Trial and error and I'm not giving up on this little helicopter and I will say it's one tough chopper and after crashing other than the tail rotor, there's not a mark on this.
Great helli , I have the blue and white version. Perfect for us beginner helli/drone guys , I think it's the best so far for drone transition pilots, at the beginning level .Highly recommend.
Nice video! Thanks for sharing man ! I love next level people that do 4K ! I also have a red C138 for a week now, I love it so much, I was messing up with the buttons and by mistake had screwed with it gyro, calibrate it all wrong, and I didn't knew what was going on, just after take-off, was out of control, so it hit hard the wall, around 6 or 7 times, I was really worried about it, I was trying to take control of it, didn't had a clue, I though cuz I hit hard I'd damaged the gyro somehow, but, I kid you not my friends, 6 or 7 times of full throttle impacts in the walls of the inside of my house, the noise of the impact is horrible brutal, yeah, I was flying indoors afraid of losing it forever outside. So, I finally figured out how to fix the problem and I did it, strange enough, just using the auto gyro calibration, wasn't having any effect at all, anyway, I had to manually calibrate it again, to do it I had to use my head, stop crashing and put a leach on it, to make sure it couldn't hit nothing and was all good after trimming it back, I mean, calibrate the gyro manually. What I learn with it, and I want to share with you guys about this new little fellow, is first of all, don't mess with anything unless you know for sure what u doing. Second, this thing made of some new alien classified material, cuz it weight only around 60g without the battery and 105 with it, but doesn't take damage at all, how is it possible? After 6 or 7 hard crashings into walls, still in one piece and with nothing loose, hovering well? The only thing that broke away pretty easy was the little antena bellow the tail rotor, who cares, and is easy to glue it back, plus, took off just a little bit, a small point of paint in that tip of the tail, in the tip of the two main blades and fade away the black paint in the tail rotor blades, just it, and again, all the crashes was my fault, you should be able right from the box to fly it just perfect. RC ERA is doing some sorceress stuff I tell u that.
I came and watched you fly this one (the one I ordered) … you’re doing very well in my opinion. I think I’ll do ok. I still don’t know what that optical option is that I bought for it does. Do you Jason?
I took my exhaust off and using tweezers and a clamp I sprayed each one with Touch Tone flat aluminum and painted the door handles chrome silver then paint the blades a matte black with the 3 white safety stripes at the top of the blades, painted the rotor head stainless steel and this now looks really great.
I can walk a minute or two from the house to a good spot for driving RC cars. Can't fly anything though nearby without running afoul of laws that came out several years ago due to the mass hysteria over drones when people feared them peaking into their windows.

Nice! This is basically the heli that I bought to help me learn to fly. Super easy. Mine is the gray, non scale version 👍
I've been flying this almost every day. I really like it. Which one do you have?

Does the alien stick work independently of the rudder?

Are u gonna get into helis now?
I have been into them for years. Just took a break for a while. My main thing will always be ground bashers. But I enjoy flying helis and drones.
@JasonPerrinRCVlogs ok, u have a lot to learn then. A lot has happened.
If the manufacturer is watching, please make the Russian MI-24 Hind version.
Did u grow up with flybar helis?
🚁💤💤😉👍
