Great vid Skinny. Completely agree about Deadly - I switched to Deadly over Kinras a few months ago and haven't gone back. lol. Also, "whip until I poop" is legendary, man! lol
You're breaking my heart, man! I always watch your videos but then I need your written notes for gear, rotations, skills, etc that I can refer to during builds and parses! Please keep including those invaluable gems in your descriptions!
Man ... wow what a build video. Thanks a lot for your hard work. It takes a lot of time to get all those sets with the right trait, even with transmute gems. Plus the time to make the video and edit it. Thanks man fr.
Always waiting for your videos to come up. You always show so many different viable setups and most importantly, you are explaining why and how they work. Nice job as always. :D
I really appreciate this video, as I run both stam and magplars and was starting to feel a little overwhelmed with the changes. You always seem to explain things in a way that leaves me feeling like I understand the 'why' of it all :) Also, just wanted to share that Jagga-Drenched Mud Ball has become a staple for running around overland on my mag toons that don't have their mount speed completed yet. Between that food, CP speed boosts, and Wild Hunt, I rarely feel the need for a mount
Pretty sure my favourite thing about this patch is how all the setups that used to work are still working. There’s just a higher ceiling to be achieved by adapting to the hybridization and planning out gear/pots for different phases of a super sweaty raid. Great breakdown again. Thanks for doing these!
Great vid Skinny! Great explanation on everything. Really hope this generates a reaction vid from that clown Mistikraven. His last about your DK vid was the funniest since the diminishing returns one. Can always count on him after all these years for a good laugh.
Your 30s rotation helped me increase my DPS by 11k in less than a dozen parses. Still nowhere near 129k, but I feel like 115k is within reach. Thank you!
can’t wait for you to drop a warden guide. mine is a Nord because i created her to be mainly a tank but have been struggling to find a decent solo build for when i’m off adventuring. (my mag sustain is 🍑)
Thanks for the plar build. I feel Templar has been left out of endgame all together for the pass 6 years. As old as eso is now, I don’t think this will change. At least our mdk got plenty of love. Thanks again Skinny
Oh Boy, time to change my templar around for the one time in the week i get to play DPS. I'm really tempted to run a stamina-focused setup for my dungeon group since i always liked stamplar more. Maybe I'll get to play DPS in one of the Raid Partys aswell *Fingers crossed*
Thank you for not literally titling every single build GOD MODE GOD TIER GOD GOD GOD. It so hard to watch ESO videos these days when every single build ever made is ABSOLUTE GOD! Thank you for breaking that mold.
I always enjoy your build videos! One suggestion, show us your stats buffed so we can compare. I'm coming back after being out for 6 months and my dps has bottomed out. It was 120k now its 47-48k :/
I want to say I have found alot of these type vids from several good people but have found yours are by far the best cause you don't assume we are all vet players or awesomely good players
thank you for this. you make sense of a confusing landscape of buffs from food and potions. i cant help but learn something! i cant wait to see some one bar builds due to oakensoul.
I’m running 2 piece Nerien'eth monster set with bashei on the body and deadly on weapons and jewelry and I’m running a 2H malestrom on backbar with stampede and carve and it does more damage and it is much more easier to sustain. Great Vid!
Really great info as always! Templar seems in a really good spot right now as there are ton of cleave options for stamplar as well now due to hybridisation. When going Stam with staff back bar, could I just swap ritual for caltrops for easier mag sustain? Also I think what is worth mentioning is that even if Dagger Cloak seems to be the weaker choice for single target it adds quite a bit of cleave compared to the other options on the flex spot.
Caltrops are a good bit less dps than ritual but you could do it if it fixed the sustain problems. And yah deadly cloak is nice aoe. Just a small radius
Hi Skinny, always wonderful guides! Cant wait to see ur aoe trash build on the website. Many of my friends cant log into youtube and website, I need to report ur guides to them in details xD
Same! My high elf is always hurting for mag. I'm thinking about swapping solar barrage for razor caltrops to take some of the pressure off. Plus, it does help a bit in dungeons with melting trash mobs faster.
Hello there! I have a question about the Power of the Light / Purifying Light skill didn't get fully hybridized: Until now, I was using spell damage on my Stmplar because of the Minor Sorcery buff provided by the Templar's passive; so I've tried changing one of my Spell jewel glyphs to a Weapon one and see if Power of the Light's damage (stamina moprh) was affected; It has decreased, which leads me to wonder if, as the rest of the skills since hybridization, the damage of this Skill varies according to your highest stat, regardless of whether it is Weapon or Spell even if it does physical damage, making it a fully hybrid skill. Did this change with the recent patches or am I missing something? Thanks a lot for this kind of breathtaking guides 💙
Ok, I don't know why, but including a messed up parse in your video has given me even more respect for you. I love your work. I definitely wouldn't be enjoying ESO as much as I do without your helpful content.
Most comprehensive and sensible guide I've seen. I've been a dual-wield/bow plar since 1980. I finally tried stampede on the back, and I love it for most encounters. I play my stamplar almost exclusively in 4-man and arenas. I front bar deadly, and have stuck with VO on the bodeh for ages. I want to try something else in place of VO, but I can't settle on a set. Rele is out for me because I'd rather buff my crit than having a bit more single target dmg. Kinras is out because I don't want to lose crit, and most trash dies before the stacks are up, and I don't want to lose minor slayer. Plus having minor berserk from camo hunter and minor slayer from VO negates gaining major berserk from kinras. So now I'm thinking I should just stick with VO 😕 Any suggestions for a body set? Why can't AY have minor slayer?? 😭 Tl;dr - kill me

Thanks Skinny! Looks great! Have you tried Khajiiti with Nerien'eth again with the changes? I hope they haven't fallen too far behind damage-wise from Dunmer with changes = ^ . ^ =
As a new player this is great but overwhelming....I often feel like I am late to the party and I didnt bring anything to drink...grinding overland gear and trying to find deals on trader gear is pretty tough..
Been enjoying your videos great job. I just recently got back to ESO and I was wondering as far as CP goes what would be the bare minimum in order for my dps to get close to 100k.
Hey Skinny, why do you put a weapon damage glyph on your back bar weapon exclusively? I would have thought that you would want that glyph to match whatever you put on your jewelry. And given the minor sorcery buff, I was thinking that even a stamplar would want to spec into spell damage now.
Good to mention for the early game of the build that Law Of Julianos offers crit chance on the 2 piece, and if your sustain is good then New Moon Acolyte is a powerful crit chance set for both magicka and stamina
(War maiden + 1pc Slimcraw + Death Dealers Fete + Medusa) or (Mothers sorrow + 1pc Slimcraw + Death Dealers Fete + Deadly Strike) ? i usually do solo/overland/4 man dungeons stuff only.
My magplar with war maiden and deadly strike with 2 piece slimcraw is still my fav. It’s damage out put is solid it’s self healing is solid it’s sustain is solid. Just don’t wanna change it lol.
Yah that combo works fine. Though I would recommend possibly ditching the slimecraw and using camo hunter as it gives nice passive stats plus the same minor berserk buff. Either way though still a solid setup!
