Thank you for taking the time during the concert to post this for those of us who aren’t there tonight. I really appreciate being “in the moment” right now.
Just left the concert. Hard to put in words what we experienced tonight. I am 34 years old and listen to Iron Maiden since i was a young teenager and i am really grateful that i had the chance to see Nicko for the last time in my hometown. Even the skies cryed a lit bit for Nicko - we had a 0% chance of rain before the concert. Dude is a legend and we will miss him 😢
An amazing run... I first saw him on Piece of Mind tour, and many times since. (I saw Clive twice (Killers & Beast). Curious to see who gets the throne next. Well done Nicko!
I can only imagine how emotional it was last night but you guys did him proud as we all knew you would! I was so sad hearing the news but at the same time, I'm happy that it's all happened on his own terms. He has bowed out with the class and dignity that befits the man he is and also the band as a whole, the greatest there's ever been! Up The Irons, always! Godspeed, Nicko ❤
Bruce says Nicko is not leaving the band. So hopefully if there is one more album, Nicko will be on it. My favorite drummer ever. My favorite band ever
Exactly what I’ve been wondering since yesterday! I think they, including Nicko, agreed to leave the future open for him doing the drum track in the album, just no touring
I´m not asshamed to say I cried like hell the moment I knew the news. It is a very sad day for metal and for music. Thanks god we´ve had a chance to be alive in the same era. What a privilege.

"That One Night: Live in Buenos Aires" DVD. Perfecto!!! I'm getting the feeling that Iron Maiden might be planning to quit after the next tour. Nicko has effectively left the band already. Most of the rest of the band have their own projects too as well.
Thank you for sharing, this breaks my heart, the time waits for no one. Thank Mr Nicko McBrain the most good looking lad in the band. You will be missed.
I met Nicko at a music store in Raleigh NC in the mid 90’s. Iron Maiden was doing a concert that night and he needed to pick up some drum heads. He walks in and just starts looking around and talking to people. I ended up talking with him for about 30 minutes and he came across as just one of the nicest guys. I wasn’t a fan of their music at that point but I became one that day! These guys were huge when I was growing up and were all over MTV. To see them performing after all these years and STILL selling out arenas is absolutely incredible. AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Rush……the last of the mega bands who got their fan base the old fashioned way by playing show after show!
Gonna miss you so, so much Nicko. My favorite drummer of all time. It’s impossible to imagine the band without you. 42 years as the drummer for the greatest band in the fucking world. Absolutely incredible. What a legacy. Up the Irons friends. From Seattle, WA 🇺🇸
It’s strange to think of Maiden without Nicko. My introduction to them was Piece of Mind, so he’s the first drummer I ever knew for the band. I wish him all the best, and he’s an absolute beast to have toured the way he has after a stroke.
I Cherish two bits of band memorabilia. One is a drumstick I caught from Nicko in 1986 and the other is. Nickos back stage pass from the long beach arena shows for live after death. What great service he has been to maiden and given us fans so much joy over the years. Here's to one more album!
Nicko is one, if not the most entertaining and creative drummers I've seen. First time I saw them was 1986 and I was lucky enough to attend a concert in 2022 and it's still magic.
God this is heartbreaking... Nicko thank you for keeping us company for so many years. You are a part of the superhero team for me. Grew up listening to you guys since before the age of 12. My respect for all of you is immense. I am glad I got the chance to see you in my first ever live recently in Greece. I wish I was born earlier so I could be with you more and watch you in your past lives. But I am happy I was born in the age you were also present. UP THE IRONS!!!!!

Nicko thanks for all the awesome songs, your power on the drums will forever be remembered, I was gladly able to see you live two times with Maiden. You really deserve your time off, good luck and stay safe.

Up the Irons! Long live Nicko!
Nicko McBrain, thank you for being such a vital part of our lives through your music! We’ll hold onto those memories forever-rock on in your next chapter!

We will love you forever dear Nicko ❤ Greetings to all Iron Maiden fans around the world; with love from Colombia 🇨🇴 Up the Irons Forever!
Up the Irons!
Long live Nicko!
Take care legend...enjoyed 30 years of yours wild drums playing...thank you, cheers from Zagreb.

Nicko McBrain, thank you for being such a vital part of our lives through your music! We’ll hold onto those memories forever-rock on in your next chapter!
I have no words for how I’m feeling just now think gutted might just sum it up. Nicko you are without doubt one of the greatest drummers in history of hard rock and who ever the new guy is good luck to him trying to fill your boots!! Take care of yourself and time to put your feet up a little bit. You have brought so much joy to me and all other maiden fans I have met you briefly on a couple of occasions and you are a special guy very humble and unassuming. Thankyou for all the years !! God bless you ❤
