What a great workout! In spite of the intensity and the level of difficulty of some exercises, this went by really fast. The abductor squat jumps are a killer, and the abs circuit had me really thankful that we were almost done! This is definitely one to repeat...but not for a few days at least!

Perfect workout for our first snowfall in Virginia! Thanks Tracy, this was extra good. Lily cracked me up in the footage at the end. You could do that exercise everyday to tire her out 😉. And thank you for sharing the information about counting total calories versus active calories. I swear you can read my mind sometimes, I was just wondering about that with my new watch and you answered the question as if you could hear me 😍

Great workout Tracey! Question: where are you supposed to feel the Good Morning exercise? I must be doing it work because I don’t really feel much. Maybe a little in the glute at the top when I squeeze. Thx!! Love your workouts!!
I would say at the top of the hamstring, bottom of the glute when you're bentover, then yes a little at the top of glute when you come back up and squeeze.
This was a hard workout for me today. I really had to rally to get through this. Low carbs and low energy. I’m glad it’s over with and so glad I got through it. ✅🔥🙏
That was amazing!!! I think I I was tired from my hard workouts I did yesterday so I couldn’t do all the high-impact but I did most of it 480 total calorie for me can’t wait to do it again when I’m rested.
Merry Christmas Tracy! man you're in terrific shape! can never keep up with you. lol i honestly haven't written you before, and i haven't been on in a while. been busy with the holidays. i see i missed quite a few workouts. sorry. the new space looks terrific. great job! i am used to seeing you in your living room. =) odd question but by any chance did getting a new workout space have anything to do with your living room floor? in some of your workouts i couldn't help but notice how much the camera shook at times when you did high impact jumping. also, this was the time of the year when you would have your beautiful Christmas tree there and couldn't help but notice the tree shaking quite a bit also when u jumped and did high impact. i actually kinda got used to your camera shaking anyway. haha lol.. but years ago a friend of mine, who's only 5'4" and around 120 lbs actually damaged, and almost broke, her floor from working out and jumping on it so much and so hard. she wound up cracking a floor support beam in the basement below the living room floor, causing her floor to sink a bit in the middle. that's how she found out. so anyway, was just wondering if maybe after all that floor shaking & bouncing you caused over time in your living room did any damage to your floor and/or the ceiling below? weird question outta left field i know. haha. sorry. just been curious. thank you again for all your workout videos and have a Merry Christmas! =)
Lol part of me thinks you're having fun with me and being sarcastic but another part of me thinks maybe that's true and you can relate to what i said about my friend causing floor damage, and maybe you really were "wrecking the living room floor" and starting to cause some damage to your floor and/or the ceiling and supports below? if so, it's Definitely not you. you're in Fantastic shape Tracy and not heavy at all! just a lot of people need to know that some floors just weren't built or meant to take a lot of impact like that, and Can cause damage to some floors and/or structures that are either older, or just not built or designed for that kind of activity & pounding. that's all. & btw, i Love your Nike sneakers, too. =) Have a Merry Christmas and enjoy the holidays! =)

"Oh, Mom! You mean, you aren't jumping for my benefit?" says all the "Lillies" everywhere! Hahaha! I get so cranky with our pup when I exercise that he is not allowed out until I'm finished. Not my greatest trait, but, yeah.... Also, if I didn't count even my rest calories, I'd be so dismally disappointed at the calorie burn I saw on my watch. Lol! I know that isn't the point, and I don't take it too much into account, but I do like seeing the higher numbers, which are hard for me to get.
