I wonder if tracking pH throughout the process along w/ temperature might help keep the mix just right. Do you neutralize your waste when you're done? That's some pretty nasty stuff. It looks amazing though, nice work.
I don’t quite know what the pH should be ideally. I’m guessing right at 14 or slightly under. I’ve got a supply of sulfamic acid to neutralize old salts once they go kaput.
@@JPMachine thanks the reply, thats what I have my eye on to purchase. That's all I would need it for is 80 percent receivers and pps 43 builds when I get to them. I like the content man keep it up :)
I really wish I knew ew someone like you near me that could help me with this process lol. I did a 1911 and used cold blue and yeah…! It sucks!! lol I did it exactly the way it said but it turned out crappy!
I’ve never had anything but crappy results with cold blue! “Mark lee express blue” is probably the quickest and easiest rust blue you could do. Rust bluing is worlds better than cold bluing but isn’t as dangerous and pricy for equipment as hot salt bluing.
Came out great man
Once again UNREAL !!!
Fantastic quality work
Bravo.perfect
Great work as always!
