    Why haven't you plot the drawing to scale in the first place with the sheet size you want to work on in photoshop? It should have automatically scaled the plan while importing. But the way you scaled it is something new that I learned. Might come handy sometimes.
    Not everyone drafts in white/black. Why did you keep the plot style to none and not monochrome or greyscale?
    Thank you the video. Very detailed and informative.

    • @peoplestvbypiyush
      @peoplestvbypiyush  4 года назад +3

      Hey Dey watsup?
      I hope you have watched the whole video and thanks for the feedback very important to me.
      and about scaling the drawing in the first place with sheet size, yeah you are right we can do that but thats very basic what if you want to compose your drawing of multiple scales in A-zero size paper this method works everywhere, as an architect i know this verywell.
      Yeah i know not everyone drafts in white background in Autocad but to explain through tutorials it is more good and all our prints and plots come in white paper mostly and also we where working more on photoshop not autocad so, plus white background gives less strain to your eyes an better idea of how your drawing will look in the print.
      Plot style dosent matter here as everything was black, it will effect if iam usinh colours or textures in my work and need to show that in the print.
      Want to know how to work in layout in detail in autocad watch my video for the same, thanks

    Yes, it is cumbersome but really helpful👏
    and one question you added shadows to the portion were there are windows
    U should brighten that part as light source ?

    • @peoplestvbypiyush
      @peoplestvbypiyush  4 года назад +2

      Hello Tanu,
      Iam glad it helped, and yes video was made long to explain do's and don't all together, for people like you who are already aware of the software feel it long, but for just beginners it will help more.
      And, yes we can brighten it up its totally your way of presentation, wall below the sill level will also create shadows, so it depends how you are presenting and also we can assume its a night scene with artificial lights only, so you cant fix those things.
      I hope iam clear and it helped
      Thanks and keep sharing

      @@peoplestvbypiyush hey!
      I have one more doubt
      can i do all the things then add them to one layer then put shadow
      Or
      Basically do all the walls then put shadow on all the walls collectively
      Or
      Just one wall at a time works better

    • @peoplestvbypiyush
      @peoplestvbypiyush  4 года назад +1

      Yes you can do that but problem will come in giving drop shadow, because it will give drop to whole layer, which will leave the walls flat, you can try see, what I mean here

    It's really good!! But we have drop shadow option ri8.so whats the need of such a long process?

    • @peoplestvbypiyush
      @peoplestvbypiyush  4 года назад

      Yeah we can drop shadow it, but
      Drop shadow spreads in many directions, it creates a mess tried it doesn't like it, but yeah for mediocre result it can work

    • @peoplestvbypiyush
      @peoplestvbypiyush  4 года назад +1

      And also it doesn't give the real shadow effect when you want to show more depth, it gets deatached from the shadow source, and few more problems which I have experienced while using it. The process I have shown is not long, it's clean and professional and also sometimes, the shadow is mixed with the colour of the object also due to reflection which you can't shown with drop shadow

      What ever template you are using like bed or table, you need to make sure it's of high quality, or you can increase the resolution of that template seperatly in Photoshop by using image size tab on the top and then import it in your plan again
