With this method, and with approved drawings, the cabinet maker can proceed with the shop fabricating of cabinets, and not wait for the opening to be completed. Helps with schedule and leadtimes.
What if it's new construction? How would he measure it, if there's nothing there. Or would you wait until something is there? But wouldn't that slow down the schedule
