Your content is so refreshing. I'm glad to see someone online with skin like mine who's honest that makeup doesn't magically make the texture of your skin go away.
My best advice for acne in women is to try oral contraceptives if at all possible. I've seen especially good results with Ortho Tri-cyclen, miracle results.
@@BebeDaullthe nuvaring is good too for people with sensitive stomachs. Absorbs through the vaginal walls rather than through digestive system. Don’t have to remember to take daily, either.
God I wish I could’ve grown up watching people like you. I had acne growing up and none of the people I idolized had acne. We literally never saw acne in the media unless it was a Clearsil ad. Thank you for normalizing this ❤❤❤
Natural faces like yours need to be shown a lot more on camera and social media. Too many people think a “natural” face is this perfectly clear, smooth, platicy skin that most people who don’t have the privilege of affording laser treatment, or an intense face care routine are unable to attain.
My skin is really good. I have never worn foundation. Just blush. I am 50 and people tell me I look young and have good skin. I think if you leave alone what God gave you and just use soap and water. Given there are those people who do struggle with acne but sometimes it is flat inflammation from what you eat or it is just period time.
I also think that no foundation on any skin (even acne prone) is better than with… it always looks cacky.. always. It is more pleasant to look at without the foundation.
The new Revlon serum tint is also very nice on more mature skin. I'm 40 with super dry skin and both this one and the Revlon are absolutely lovely on me!
Youre the first beauty influencer ive ever seen with acne/textured skin like mine and im ngl it made me cry a little. I dont feel as alone anymore, thank you 💜
This is great content! I used to wear makeup and hated that I couldn't get mine to look like everyone that I was seeing so I stopped wearing it. Thank you for being so vulnerable and allowing people to see what real skin looks like ❤
Oh my God, somebody with real skin that isn’t using crazy filters to look like a doll. This looks really good on you and definitely appreciating the realness you give. 👏🏻👏🏻
hi Lavinia!! I just wanted to tell you that your videos have helped me so much with how I feel about my acne💗💗 you are encouraging me to wear less foundation and concealer every day to cover my acne and hyperpigmentation. I hope that one day I can go outside without any makeup on and still feel pretty, but most importantly, I hope that one day I can love my skin entirely. Love u girl!!💗💗
New subscriber for real!! I am so so sick of seeing foundation being advertised on women with Flawless skin! For most of my adult life i have dealt with psoriasis on my face. Going through countless bottles and brands trying to find something that actually works for texture! Thank you so much, your videos are a life saver❤
I’m so happy I found your account!! I’m trying to relearn what makeup works for my skin after my acne came back 1 year after accutane and it’s been so frustrating. Your content is so so helpful!!
Hey a genuine thing from me i love textured skin. I love scars and stretch marks. I love every little "imperfection" because it makes you look human and not like a doll. I think you look amazing and i love seeing that you've lived through the texture of your skin. And thats not just a you thing i love everyones little scars and wrinkles and things some think imperfect. And to anyone who sees this just know that at least i love everything some see as imperfect on your body. ❤❤❤

Showing things in different lighting should be a must for any content creator! Like it’s easy to put it on and say it feels good but I need more. How does it feel after a day out? What happens when you sweat? Etc.
I think it looks amazing!! The bubble foundation covers completely, & you need the full coverage instead of the other one that only partially covers your acne. I really hope you can find a skincare regimen that works for you!
Thank you for doing different lightning and angle. Knowing if a product works in everyday life/ lightning is nice before purchasing. Gotta save me some money. Good looking out.
It's beautiful! I used to have acne prone skin. I used a pan stick for great coverage of areas that regular makeup doesn't cover. Put it on the darkest spots first then foundation over it, and nothing shows. Just a tip from a retired cosmetologist.
This is the series I need!!! I only trust all the other makeup girlies with eye and lip recommendations cause their skin is prefect and everything always sits perfectly on their skin
Girl I have had skin like that my whole life, started using a 7 dollar facebar with zinc in it I found on Amazon, and my skin is finally clearing!! Even the big, cistiatic ones that's usually take months were gone in a week. I suggest anyone with skin issues try it. No need to spend all your money on expensive products that just mess your skin up! Hope you see this, I know the struggle and wish I had known so much sooner!!
Oh god, I've never seen you before but I'm sooo in! I always see video's of people using makeup and saying how amazing that product is, but they have perfect skin without any texture. I'm all for the realistic influencers 😁🎉❤️
as a freckled hyperpigmentation girlie- go a bit cooler & darker with your shade choice - it’s always better to match the deeper tones than the spaces in between

Thanks for the review. I also have textured skin. Refreshing to have someone do something real and not just for the perfect people. Even though I’d say we are also perfect people we are also real people lol
I hope this doesn’t come out as mean but you look so much prettier without makeup. I have used makeup to cover my imperfections but lately my routine is based on making my flaws visible, I only wear. Concealer to Highlight but not to cover and it might be because of that I’m starting to find natural faces more beautiful. You’re beautiful and I know that makeup means to everyone different things, if you want to wear it and makes you happy or you just want to inform people of what’s out there it’s all good, but you look very very beautiful without anything on.
Didn't expect it to have such good coverage with that bubbly formula
The “bubbles” are little pockets of pigment that break open on your skin, and then mix with the gel they’re floating in.
@@ILoveYou-rv3pd you can do the same thing with that frother trick
Honestly if you have darker skin do not try it...because the colour match is horrible for most and will give you little to no coverage
@@sohanaansari5823 Range depends entirely on the brand and you can literally see the shade on the bottle, girl...
It's definitely not full coverage, but I've found it to be buildable. I also had to try a few different brushes to get the result I wanted.
Drugstores prices are getting so bold!😭
I like that drugstore brands are stepping up their qaulity the cheaper stuff is still there if you want it
