- Common face wash mistakes
❌Applying face wash on dry skin
✅Always damp your face completely before applying face wash. This will make sure that the face wash spreads properly and evening and not get concentrated only on the place you apply it first.
❌Using too much or too little quantity
✅a dime sized amount is enough. You don’t need too much of face wash . It may dry skin out which is not required besides it turns out heavy on the pocket.
❌Washing it off too quick
✅if you have oily skin and using a salicylic acid based face , you have to give it 2 mins time for active ingredient to work.
❌Rubbing harshly with towel
✅use a soft towel and only dab the excess water off. No need to rub the skin. Let the skin be a little damp to prepare it to revive the moisturiser you will apply next.
❌Not applying a moisturiser immediately
✅Moisturising after washing a face is an important part. You want the skin to be damp so that moisture can be sealed it .
If you use skin care actives such as retinol or salicylic acid then you want the skin to be dry before application.

As an acne survivor I approve your video.. my Doctor also told me to wash my face for at least 2-3 minutes.. I've never been so thankful for that.. it takes more than 2 minutes for any kind of cleanser to actually work.. I use Neutrogena pomegranate daily exfoliator as a cleanser..
I had the worst type of acnes all over my face and I'd come back even if I used medicines to get it off.. I started cleaning my face for 3 minutes and now I don't even have small lumps on my forehead which I always had

for some people( including me) dairy products are a big no, rest you need to observe whatever you eat
I've tried countless facewashes, but nothing worked as well as Riceberry Facewash. It's made with black-rice and white mulberry, which brightens and gives an instant glow to my skin. @nandinipathak_ Actuallyy it workedd good for my sister but it didnt even work any well for me like there was no difference in my skin after using for a long time so had to change it.
