Firs time I watched your channel and believe me you are a breath of fresh air. Am old enough to be your mum or grand mum and am so proud of you for the reason that you cooked so many meals without any cans of sauces or any store bought stock , didn't cook in plastic bags and no can of any beans. Everything is natural and healthy, please continue doing these cooking vids and hopefully you can teach the ones that cook every meal with about 4cans of soup and about the sàme amount of cans of sauces and to hem they cooked for there families. They just heat up plenty of caned trush. They put plastic cover in there crock pot so they don't have to wash anything but they don't realise that is a recipe for disaster to there health. Convenience is more important to them than health. Keep up the good work . I watch so many you tubers cook but your the only one that cooks the healthy way

When I was a young mom 33 years ago and had my newborn daughter in my arms sound asleep while I took a batch of cookies out of the oven. She startled and kicked her leg out and hit the pan. I was devastated. She had barely a mark and was fine but I was inconsolable. Stayed with me all these years.

If you put your bell peppers upside down( cut side down) in the oven, the excess water will drip out and won’t make your stuffing soggy.

For the people complaining about using your hands and not using gloves .....gloves don't break down and are bad for the environment. Stop being a bunch of babies and wash your hands after you cook. Dear Lord..

Thanks Lisa for the helpful leftover ideas. I have some peppers and leftovers in my fridge that will make a great stuffed pepper dinner! Most of your dinners look to be a perfect opportunity to add in a few of the more tender leafy greens, like chopped up swiss chard or spinach. They definitely won't alter the taste. I'm always looking for ways to add greens to our meals.

Oh wow! Blessed, lucky, beautiful family who get to eat homemade, nutritious food lovingly made by you every day! I am plant based now, but I can still take your recipes and make my version for us and I do cook a lot of ground, organic turkey for the meat eaters. Thank you! I loved this video!

If you put a slightly damp kitchen towel under your cutting board it might help keep it from sliding.

Loved your video! I use my hands to mix mostly also. Also if you ever want to make your white chicken chili a little creamier you can A} take out some of the beans and immersion blender them and add them back in or B} add some frozen cauliflower to your soup to cook then pull it out and add some cream cheese and blender it together and add it back in [you don't taste it at all but it adds some creaminess].
