Dude, thank you SO much for putting this up today. Me and my buddy would always listen to the Frogstomp album (and AiC) whilst drinking whiskey and just generally have a blast. He died 9 years ago, and today wouldve been his 30th birthday. So now I sit here, guitar in my lap, a whiskey infront of me and, thanks to you, Im playing this badass track. You dont know me obviously, but this lesson youve put up means the world to me man! Youre a good dude!
My word. What a beautiful sad thing, and the timing. I'm so sorry about your friend, and I'm so heart-warmed to play a part in your incredibly meaningful evening. Cheers to you and your friend Brett! :)
Cheers to your friend. I sit here drinking scotch, torching medical marijuana remembering pals from my past while I learn this time machine song to my youth. 🍻🤙
So, Mr., you earned a sub. After 15 years without playing guitar i decided to get back on it, despite the obstacle i have to overcome and between lessons i want to take pleasure and play songs i love. I stumbled upon your video while searching, you guessed it, Tomorrow by Silverchair and checked your videos. And oh boy, a good bunch of them is a fine assortment of what i was listening when i was a kid. So don't mind me, i'm gonna spend a little bit of time in a corner watching your videos, which are by the way, very straightforward, with no frills or useless talking, that's kinda rare these days.
Have the perfect amount of details without being burdensome spelling out things in excruciating detail. Also, a long time ago, me jamming a minor pentatonic over a known key WAS eye opening, great tip!
Best puns bro!! the tomorrow , today and today, tomorrow line was high- larious I definitely laughed out loud and picked up this song. I'll also have to piggy back off what some one else said by mentioning you're delivering power and knowledge. Thank you for you're time and patience!!
Yay! I had been out of town for a couple of weeks so I hadn't gotten a chance to check my notifications, but I'm glad I did! Nice cover thank you for fulfilling this request. I can't wait to go home and practice it tonight. Thank you sir!
omg I'm subscribing! I tried to figure out this song, tomorrow as of yesterday & today I found this this youtube video which is waaaay better than any tab site I've found before. Thank you!
Mr Ryan. Tomorrow by silver chair. this song sounds so tough. You made it possible to understand and made it happen. Im paying attention and at the some time your making me laugh you silly guy. Thank you today.😆
I've been playing this song like an Outback Hack for the past 20 years. Thanks for helping me see the error of my ways so that I can impress my circle of friends over the age of 40.
This is a fantastic lesson! Thanks for making it. Only change I make is on the hopscotch part it's easier to play the open string on G than 5th on D string
Oh my God, my phone shuffled to "Shade" on my way to work this morning and I was going to request you do it. Love this album, great lesson yet again 🏆 Kermie cameo 🤔
So I wanted to listen to this today, and here you are the 4th search result. A surprise to be sure but a welcome one. Interestingly, Silverchair released slightly different versions of this song in Australia and in the US. You are teaching the US version, the Australian version skips the third note of the opening two bars, and its very deadened in the third. Probably different in other ways but that jumped out, well, immediately
I used to have this as my alarm tone. Now I know how to play it too 😊 Great lesson Thank you! brought me back to my pre teen days lol. Fun song! Great lesson Thank you! brought me back to my pre teen days lol. Fun song!
your guitar lessons bring knowledge and power! many thanks!! The twinkly twinkly do part lmfaooooo the kermit makes me laugh so hard each time I used to have this as my alarm tone. Now I know how to play it too 😊
Really enjoy your teaching style, but I'd like to suggest a quick playthrough of at least the first minute of the song before the lesson starts just to remind us of what the song should sound like. I know all these songs, but haven't heard some of them in forever, so it's tough to remember what the song is supposed to sound like when the lesson just starts with little snippets.
Great video. You’re right about the extra fat power chords by the way. Since you’re on silverchair u should cover The Door 😃 Years ago I was in a band and we covered Israel’s Son. Wow the memories

Hey Ryan, wow what a great channel you have! Stumbled onto it by accident while trying to learn this song. I learned it so THANK YoU. This band and that album bring back many happy memories (I couldn't play back then). Looking forward to tackling a bit of pearl jam or Bush next.

Man, to think the silverchair guys come up wiyh such complex riffs at age of like 15 is just nothing else but genius
cheers to that
My thoughts exactly. What a great sound at such a young age. Even the solo is legit.

I love how casually you speak and you bring a bit of comedy into it. All that learning and you never do it again the whole song. Lol!
thanks so much Raff :)

No, I’m a Tennessean but I did have an Australian boss once so that probably counts for something.

but when you wake up, would it not be yesterday's tomorrow? I would suggest the smashing pumpkins song for future alarms ;)
Great lesson dude! I prefer one small difference personally. I play the A chord as a power chord also up at the 5-7 fret.

Nice one! I really liked the tone so I was wondering whether you are using any effects, or just the amp... and also what kind of amp... Thanks!
that's the good old line 6 amp with multitudes of effects, but usually I just pick a good amp sound and eschew any further coloration - cheers Vic!
Love it! Is it standard tuning? Hi Kermit!
Correct!
I should have known. What about “Mighty KC” by for squirrels?
what a band name
