A lot of your questions are about the real color of this brand new Apple MacBook Air M2! Is it Gold? Silver? Mix of a two or neither of both!?
My MacBook Air configuration here is :

Let's take a deep and 4K detailed look at the difference in real life light to see the truth about this Starlight color! We gonna compare it to the famous and sooooo lovely designed MacBook 12" (with is my all time favorite) from 2017 and this brand new MacBook Air M2 13,6" Starlight.

La plupart de vos questions tournent autour du tout nouveau coloris annoncé par Apple pour son dernier MacBook Air M2, le coloris Lumière Stellaire. Cette couleur est-elle Or ou Argent? Ou un mix des deux, ou aucune d'entre elle?!

At first i was a little bit worried about Starlight, not so much gold for my taste, but living with it, we can definitely see the « gold » on it! And it’s much more classy than the « rose gold » of the previous MacBook Air M1.

I was really hoping that Starlight would finally get the old MacBook gold. A real gold, not the Salmon color we got on the MBA and 2018 MB 12". Sadly though starlight is just tinted silver, so sad.
Apple basically made the Air thicker than it was before...

The air got hazy.
Old gold looks cheap, too much , once open. Starlight is elegant, minimalist. Less is more.
Don't try to justify your purchase, by saying it's more elegant, sleek, blah, blah, blah... Starlight is anodyne and indeed looks cheaper, the old champagne (not rose, not «warm») gold is sleek and extremely beautiful.
