Im from ireland and i barely hear people use the term EDM but will use whatever their going to see ie a hop hip night , techno night etc
“Jumpy” DnB is usually around 175, give or take 2-3. Neurofunk/darkish one is 171-174 and jungle might be higher (?).That’s what people usually mix at, I believe. To answer your question, I think so
