Hello Eli great work .. You are so beautiful.. specially your hair..wow... I have few queries on IRCC family visit visa portal.if you can help. 1) I am visiting sibling in Canada she is citizen with my family -wife n kid So while selecting visit purpose I have to select "To visit Sibling" And my wife n kids has to select what? "To visit family memb less than 6 mn" or "To visit sibling" 2) while using representative form for my kid and wife. It generates representative form for all of us 3 members so what to write in my main applicant representative form.? My name and I am representing myself? 3) In funds section I have shown 22k cad + selected "yes " any one suport in Canada option? Explanation -sibling will help with accomodation and food. They have 16k. Other travel expenses bear by me.
Not sure if you are even Canadian, but IRCC will never tell you to buy flight tickets before your Visa is approved that is bad advise. A itinerary is all you need. You never have to list all persons whom live in the home in Canada again incorrect advice. And yes Canadian here of over 50 years
@@Susan-xg7qn Your comment is misleading and wrong. Here is further explanation to clarify: First, you HAVE TO mention "details of your family, such as names and dates of birth of your spouse and dependants" living with you in Canada in your Invitation letter. Here is the link to IRCC website that indicates this fact clearly: www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/letter-invitation.html Also, as indicated on IRCC website, you should provide the detailed travel plan in the invitation letter (same travel plans that the applicant mentions in their application). This means, "arrival and departure date". Here are some basic facts for your information: One of the main requirements to apply for a Visitor Visa is to have a detailed "travel plan". To provide proof for your travel plans, 2 main documents you can provide are: "Transportation & Accommodation" plans. For Transportation, you need to show the round-trip ticket reservations. The return flight is also used in the section that shows you have no intention to remain in the destination country after your temporary visit. All are explained in the video in detail. This is not specific to Canadian visas, but anywhere that you apply for a visitor visa, including Canada, the USA, UK, and the Schengen area, etc. Showing detailed travel plans and having documents to support your plans is the basic for increasing your visa approval chance on any immigration system. Additionally, you should show your return flight and accommodation details at the port of entry as well. Otherwise, the border office has the right not letting you enter the country, even if you have a valid visitor visa. I have explained about the Border Interview Questions in another video. After providing all these facts, I still wonder how this relates to either you are Canadian or not! You can be an immigration lawyer without being a citizen. But for your info, yes, I am. I have been living in the US and Canada and I'm proudly an immigrant, like millions of other amazing people living on this beautiful land.
You need to get an invitation letter from a person (Family, Friend, Colleague, ...)who has a valid status in Canada (or the country you are trying to get the VISA for.
