      If you have an open case with IRCC, do not apply for any other type of visa. If your previous cases are closed by IRCC and you do not have any open cases, then you can apply for any other type of VISA upon your eligibility.

    What kind of work permit do one apply for after you get the nomination

    • @EliInCanada
      @EliInCanada 9 дней назад

      Since you are getting the job letter from a specific company in Ontario, your work permit will be under that company's name. Meaning, it will be a closed work permit. But if you are have an open work permit, you still might be able to remain under the open work permit but you need to update IRCC about change of employment.

    Hi Eli, thanks for your video. I think it’s important to mention that with the OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream, the employer must fill an employer job offer form which as you mentioned needs to prove that this job was urgently needed. However, there is also a clause that states that the government reserves the right to conduct random site visits, phone calls and checks on the company. This is a clause that many companies do not agree to and this was also the case for me which is why I was not able to pursue this route unfortunately.

    Hi I did this in my first application which i got rejected because of only 1 thing and it was i did not submit my ( Employment letter ) in the right section , just so you know in IRCC visa application you should submit Employment letter along with Bank statement in the section of funds of proof , the purpose of visit and ties you should submit it in another section which is additional information, so you should not do like the sample of ( Table of content ) because there are sections for it .. hop u understand what i'm saying.

    • @EliInCanada
      @EliInCanada 2 месяца назад

      IRCC is now using a new format for their online application. For each applicant, the questions and the required document will be different based on their previous answers and documents and the type of visa you apply for. Therefore, for some applicants, the system does not even ask you to provide the proof for your employment or even proof of financial support. In any case, if there is a specific document like marriage certificate, job letter, etc that the system needs you to upload, then the system will open a section for you to upload that specific document. If not, this means you can upload all the documents that supports your application in the "additional documents" section. Then only problem with the Additional Documents section is that there is a file size limit and you might not be able to upload all the documents you have ready. In that case, upload only the most important ones. If IRCC needs further documentation supporting your application, they will let you know in your application portal.

    • @AS.MA_
      @AS.MA_ 2 месяца назад

      @@EliInCanada Well, The problem is if IRCC wants any documents they won't tell you at all .. Even though if they suspect any document is fake They just refuse you without Verifying it ! this is what happend with me! I applied my employment letter in the section " Additional documents" Which i think the officer overlooked that document , The gcms Note and the IRCC letter is same ! The refusal ground says My employment situation is not good While I'm Manager with 1700USD which is the highest salary in my country.. So, There are a lot of mistakes happen and no one can actually knows what is happening in the IRCC visa application They refuse and approve whatever they want and not with reasonable reasons. BTW There is section which says Employment letter[current] But in the description of it says if you have an LMIA you have to attach it here! While the bold one is totally different meaning!! Can't get this .. Thank you

    • @EliInCanada

      This updates does not relate to when you got your Student Visa. It depends on when you applied for your spouse's OWP. If you have filed your SOWP before March 19th, then this regulations does not impact you. If you applied on or after March 19th, then your spouse's case is impacted by this new regulation. There are exceptions which are explained in the video.

"To visit family memb less than 6 mn" or "To visit sibling" 2) while using representative form for my kid and wife. It generates representative form for all of us 3 members so what to write in my main applicant representative form.? My name and I am representing myself? 3) In funds section I have shown 22k cad + selected "yes " any one suport in Canada option? Explanation -sibling will help with accomodation and food. They have 16k. Other travel expenses bear by me.

      @EliInCanada 2 месяца назад

      Hi there. Here are the answers to your questions: 1. Your wife and children are "visiting a family member" 2. For yourself, you should select that you are doing your own application and no one else is representing you. For your wife, if she is capable of filling out the form with your help, then she can also select that she is representing herself. For your kids, either you or your wife can represent them, if they are underage. 3. You need to provide both proof of fund that you personally have. And then, in the invitation letter from your sibling, they need to mention clearly that you will be staying at their place and they are responsible for accommodations and food during your visit. Also, your sibling should attach their bank statements to the invitation letter as a proof to show that they have sufficient funds to support you. If they can also attach the letter of employment showing that their family income in Canada, that would be better. Unless their family income in Canada is very low, in this case it is better to skip providing this document.

    What kind of questions for permanent resident who are coming to Canada first time

    • @EliInCanada
      @EliInCanada 2 месяца назад

      It depends, but the officer normally does not ask the questions like where do you stay. But they normally ask if you have a job in Canada. If yes, what is your occupation and company name. Questions are random. But don't worry. It is understandable that you are coming for the first time so might not have been settled so there is no issue with not having a job or a permanent place to stay.

Since most of my audience are immigrants and English is not their first language, having subtitles help the audience to get the important points mentioned in the video. • @randyblake2006
      @randyblake2006 3 месяца назад

      @@EliInCanada I often use english subtitles, and as a user of subtitles, I can tell you I personally find your use of the highlighting can make it more difficult to read the word, to the point of irritation. Your eyes need to take as much time as they need before moving on to the next word or the next part of the word, and they need to use their own method of flowing from one word to the next. If the part of the word that you are trying to read suddenly changes to a highlight, your process of reading is disrupted. If you could change the colour in a flowing analog mode, and have it move at speaking speed, that might be interesting. This digital flashing crap, it's gotta stop.

    I have driver’s license from another country. Can I use it in Canada to skip the tests?

    • @EliInCanada
      @EliInCanada 3 месяца назад

      Some countries have driver's experience exchange policy in Canada. If you have enough years of driving experience in those countries, you can give away your foreign licence and get the Canada licence without your need to pass any tests. But, if your country is not in that exchange agreement list, then depending on how many years of driving experience you have (you need proof for it), you can either skip G2 licence and test for full G licence directly, or you can skip the 12-month wait time between G1 and G2. All details are explained in my RUclips vide.
