This was a fantastic video! Dominique, one of the many things I love about your channel is that you have a job outside of RUclips. Not to offend those who make RUclips their full time career, but when I see videos of their "work" day, I can't help but think "but you work from home, filming & editing videos, on a deadline imposed by YOU. You get up when you want, you have no other work schedules to meet or people to answer to. How hard can that be when you're not juggling the demands of an external job as well?". don´t underestimate the difficulty of motivating yourself constantly. it´s actually even harder than to have dead lines imposed by others. and the vloggers do also sometimes meet ppl outside filming from home, to make deals about representing their products. and they have to write lots of mails, to get products from brands wh want to be presented by them. I think it´s super hard to stay home and work from home and stay motivated. I am not a vlogger, btw

I think what I love the most about you is your willingness to share your life. I love that you have a cubicle to work in and you show your bare face all while certainly being extremely stable financially in life, you don't flaunt that...but instead you just love who you are, what you live and who with and what life is for you without bragging, without being better than others....just you. You have a wonderful family, hubby and job...blessed you are my dear.
When you were editing your story, it brought me back to my early college days as a journalism major. I loved writing leads, even if it just was for the school newspaper. Thank you for sharing your day. 💕

What a fun video! My father was in television ad sales so I spent a fair amount of time around local news studios growing up. This definitely brought back memories!
hey Dominque, I enjoyed this vlog so much. Its so refreshing to find people who have a passion for their work, and know how to balance life with family and take care of yourself. I love your videos. I don't always comment but your channel is always great to watch. I'm a women's health NP and took a brief pause out of my career as my dad who was in good health got very ill with West Nile virus. He was the CDC's 5 of 6 reported for 2016. He was in and out of a coma and then was totally paralyzed on life support but by January his cognitive function pretty clear but still could not move anything from neck down. Had many months in hospitals and such since then and it is amazing how much we could communicate with just our eyes. He could nod yes and no as well until 2 weeks ago. He died but I held his hand till his last breath and Dominique, I thought of you when your father passed. I will say that was the 2nd most painful thing was this last 6 months. I know he is in a place free of pain now. But I still miss him so much it hurts. Does this truly get better with time? Besides reading my devotionals and Bible daily do you know of any good book you felt was helpful after your father passed? I love to read and just wanted to ask you.
