Whole Food is Whole Paycheck if you don’t know how to shop there. But between WF and Trader Joe’s I eat well and make out alright money-wise.
We all know Whole Foods have high prices, but people who shop there (like myself) do it because the prices are worth it. The ingredients are so much healthier, cleaner, and safer. Thanks Bobby for recommending some good products that I’ve overlooked! Will def try the cheese and the yogurts !! I’ve been trying to get on the “grass fed” wagon so this video was helpful!!
I have to agree with you . Healthier , cleaner and safer .
We do raise grass fed - grass finished Angus Cows. it was my idea, overall , I don't eat a huge amount
of red meat , sometimes. I know others who will go in together and buy a cow , cheaper that way.
Whole Foods is actually not really expensive like that. Unless if you are buying specialty products like grass fed, pasture raised, sauerkraut, kimchi etc.
But their standard prices of ground beef, bread, juice, milk and more. Are actually cheaper than most markets I go to.
I live in Canada, unfortunately I haven't seen pasture-raised eggs here. 😢
Costco has alot of healthy choices. I don't belong cas is only me. They gave a4 ok.of butter for $10.❤

You just did - thanks! It also shows that on the price card for each item, with Prime. Most stores do that for sales. King Soopers and Safeway you get the sale price by scanning your store card(s).

Hi Bobby, I lived in Canada 🇨🇦 we don’t have lots of the items you shown. I enjoyed seeing the videos that I can look out for any new ideas and items to tryout. I do love going to Whole Foods because I can get many good deal weekly. I’m 75 years, I love getting good deals because I cooked for myself daily and enjoy ever moment. I don’t eats out only on special occasions like my son birthdays or some holidays. I also enjoyed your Costco video.❤❤❤ to you family.

Trader Joe’s has some good stuff. We have grocery outlet here, but watch expiration dates. They get some Bobby approved items and are independent owned local franchises. I love Whole Foods but can’t Afford much thereon a regular basis.

Hey Bobby I've been mostly organic for around 15 years now !! no hfcs, aspartame or MSG has entered my system in well over a decade !! before and after was like NIGHT AND DAY. Also I haven't taken a SINGLE medicine since, otc or otherwise, I haven't even been sick. No shots of any kind (f that) and no vax during the vid either, was out smoochin almost every night living it up and nothing. Quality food and nourishment are so important it's unreal. I've followed most of your advice without even knowing of your channel for the most part, though I wasn't scrutinizing oils quite as much as you. Since watching a few years back though I have switched entirely to avocado oil for cooking/frying at home, before that it was organic whatever (canola, etc). Cheers to GOOD HEALTH !! Let your food be your medicine, the true way to live !! no doctors, no drugs, no FDA "medicine" that causes other sh!t. FREEDOM. truly what it's all about, at least to me.

I visited a Whole Foods Market market while visiting my daughter in New Jersey and fell in love with it. I live in Fayetteville, GA, and the closest store is an hour or so away. I have posted and asked if they could build one closer to Fayetteville which would allow surrounding areas, Peachtree City, Tyrone, Sharpsburg, Newnan, and so on, a place to shop. I even started a large lot off Highway 54. So please enjoy shopping at Whole Foods Market for me. Thanks. Patricia

No doubt they have great shopping experience but it's for rich people.
It’s not “just for rich people.” I’m a senior with part-time jobs, and receive food state-aid, and shop there weekly. Their 365 Brand is less expensive than my other supermarkets’ less healthy versions. 365 garbanzo beans are organic, unsalted, and only $1.79, for example. Same amazing lower prices for many of the 365 frozen vegetables and other products. Whole Foods’ chicken breasts are cleaner and remarkably cheaper. I’m in Los Angeles with two stores within ten minutes of me, thankfully.
Also fresh thyme has awesome products.

My kids did not like the Snowy Days pizza bites. They eat all organic, grassfed, no/low sugar on the norm as well.

These prices are ridiculous even for a sale 😳 I’m just feeding myself, I’m 75 and on a budget and can’t afford this. You are doing a great job showing us what to look for as far as these ingredients but to shop at WF isn’t going to happen for me😤 I’ve watched some of the other videos but I can’t seem to find enough of the current ones for the stores in my area except Walmart but it’s NOT a super center. We are limited on shopping in my small area. There is a Target, Albertsons and That’s about it😠

I do not understand how a family could shop at Whole Foods,their prices are outrageous,truth be told!I ,at 75 years old,married at 18, we could not of survived shopping at Whole Foods,it is and was not possible,it might be healthier ,but I am just speaking of experience and reality!I know you mean well,but most people are living pay check to pay check,please do your observations for the masses!
Try the best you can to eat foods with no toxins , dyes, GMO’s and additives etc…….. I know it is expensive.
Im always one to remember what to look at the ingredients, it also took me a while to learn. Sometimes when you're in the store or in a rush or they run out of something it's easy to miss an ingredient or two. The app is awesome for that honestly, I instantly just opened my cabinet and threw some stuff out that just had keywords to make it sound healthy like KETO and things like that but the ingredients are whack. Biggest shock is Barilla pasta vs an organic pasta brand. Barilla has a bunch of ingredients and the other one is just one. Very cool, now on the search for new oat milk. If you have a way to show us how to make a latte without Oatley barista the internet will praise you! lol cheers

I went to wholefoods two weeks ago and only spent $119. And the food lasted me the whole two weeks. This is the first time in months where I had food everyday.

Although Vital Farms pasture raised chickens forage in pastures, they supplement their feed with corn and unprocessed soy. I was disappointed when I read this under FAQ's on their website.

the brown carton ones which are the organic vital farms eggs doesn't supplement with anything and it's like a buck or two more compared to the black carton ones.

I have an important question because I keep getting it on weekdays on my lunch breaks and need to know if it’s healthy or not. Wawa started introducing wraps and custom wraps. I am getting a Caesar chicken steak wrap with avocado, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, spinach, chicken steak, flour tortilla, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese. I know the pepper jack isn’t the wisest choice, but other than that is that wrap healthy? Can you see what the ingredients are or if it has anything processed? Sorry for sending this on two different videos, but I know a lot of people comment and you’re a busy guy. Hope to hear from you or see you do a video on Wawa or something. I just gotta know if I’m making a healthy choice or not. Otherwise I gotta start ordering something else.

I love your videos Bobby, but as a person who's allergic to Diary, Almonds, Tree Nuts, Goat Milk, Bacon, etc. It's hard to use these alternatives you use. Like Almond Milk or Plant Based products that use Cashews or Almonds 😭😭 any recommendations or am I just stuck eating rabbit food?
Try coconut milk. I get the Sprouts or Trader Joe's coconut milk. Most plant based "milks" are made with unhealthy seed oils and other bad ingredients.

I use to go there specifically for boulder cannon potato chips but they recently changed their ingredients 🥴
What did they change?
@@aldukes they changed the ingredients for the cracked pepper flavor, they added a bunch of other ingredients and one of them is sugar 😩 now the only ones I buy are the plain ones with sea salt.
