On Today's Episode:
What are you basing your diet choices on? With the abundance of information available there is no shortage of diet camps to choose from. Whether you have decided on being carnivore, vegan, raw vegan, or decided to lovingly follow a plant-based diet to support being more humane to animals, how is your decision impacting your health and the environment?
Dave Asprey, “the father of biohacking” and founder of the Bulletproof diet and Upgrade Labs, has been digging into the research and data determined to live 185 years. He’s already reversed his biological age by 11 years and in this episode he’s laying out mind-blowing ways to biohack your way to better health with less time and effort in the gym and why following a plant-based, vegan diet may not be as kind and friendly to the planet as we’re led to believe.
There are many ways to achieve optimal health, the question is which one is best for you? This episode is about covering your bases and knowing what areas are more meaningful for you to look into and consider.

the thing with foods is that our bodie and mind usually tels us what we need to eat but with all the unhealthy foods out there its made us confused in what foods we crave
Your at it ,you have always been after my number baddest of them all 🤣
I always appreciate these videos however the constant push for eating meat as a way to justify your choices gets a little old. Not everyone's body was designed to eat meat. We are not neanderthals and nobody's body is designed to eat meat everyday, every meal. The body isn't designed to get all protein from meat. And quite frankly if people ate meat more appropriately it animals would not pay the painful cost. Having grown up on a farm I've seen the difference between the two. The lack of humanity and ethics is deplorable and unconscionable and that ultimately is what you are consuming. Though I totally agree that ppl need to make the correct choices around diet and can't keep eating foods processed to be something it's not.
the bit about how eating meet kils less animals is amazing.he is full of amazing facts, dont listen to the negativity sometimes it means were on the right track,no more spinache korn or grains for me unless its my treat day and a good spagetti bowl, and the facts about how being able to slaughter our own animals was awesome, everybody should slaughter more humaneley the slaughter factories are disturbing and dont apreciate its a sacrifice to feed us and we all need to see the brutality atleast once to apreciate how valuable it is
My grandmother and grandfather lived till they were 96 years old. Empty nesters at 42 and lived in a one bedroom unit that they built at the back of their main residence once the kids left home. Easy to clean and they had little stress. Swam in the ocean in summer everyday day, ate the rainbow in vegetables, good quality meat and homemade cake everyday. Both loved a chocolate with their sugared milky tea. They had a nice circle of friends and didn't care about flashy cars or designer clothes. They lived within their means. No credit card debt or money worries. Both loved a good book in the late afternoon, dinner at 6pm. Bed at 9pm. No medical pills until their few year with us. I think about them everyday day.
Sweet
Sounds like they had the right idea, bless them
They sound like one of the few that got it right and lived a full life, instead of the rest of us staring at our phones all day. And eating foods that are manufactured. Bravo to them both.
That's how most grandparents lived, all 4 of my grandparents lived to their 90s, 1 hit 100, the system has significantly changed over the last 3 generations
Sounds like a great life
My great grandfather lived 114 years old, he never thought which food is healthy and which isn't. 😂
3 things which he didn't have and will make you sick are processed foods, depression and Internet.
The food is not the same anymore so unfortunately we have to start thinking of these things :/

Great Job Mary
Lady Mary, you are my hero! 🙋
I have 6 kids who were all born healthy till my wife and her Italian families diet has made them all sick with illnesses in their 20’s that most people get in their 60’s. Unlike you I want to leave this planet sooner than later so I’m eating a vegan diet
I get sicker the more carnivore I head toward. I get much healthier when I stick to a vegetarian style diet. All aches, pains, digestive issues, heart issues, etc resolve fully on vegetarian "for me." As a weight trainer of 47 years I say that loosely because I love chicken, beef, fish, etc. I do eat them in moderation but try to eat mostly fruits and veggies. To each their own, I say.
To each is own and I do better with WFPB. The meats he’s talking about 90% of us can’t afford or have no access to. He basically raises his own livestock and what part of the population can do that now
Something wrong with your body :o
@@deadatmftw I cannot talk for him however I know that the red meat on the carnivore diet did wonders to me at the first months, until i started feeling sick around the 9th month: I started gaining weight, and my testosterone dropped. I believe that too much iron in the red meat was inhibiting my bodycells from doing their job correctly. I went back to a fish/chicken carnivore diet and all the symptons disappeared. I also had intense fatigues, and I felt sluggish all the time and I had muscle cramps and light seizures/convulsion in the body.
My great grandmother lived 100+ years and she used to drink black coffee in the morning, all morning. Then she would fast and eat some white rice, beans, and chicken/beef/fish/pork in the afternoon. No sodas, just water after that. Her memory was sharp and she died because of an accident. I guess that after watching this video, I have validated her diet.
I was a caregiver for a woman starting at age 95 to 105 years. She was born and raised in the Nebraska sand hills. They raised cattle and grew their own veggies. The creek on their land fed the gardens and the animals. During the dustbowl and the great depression, they dined on steaks and veggies--even for breakfast. When I took her to the grocery store, she shopped the periphery of the store: meat, dairy, produce...and avoided highly processed foods.
Unfortunately, today, people don't read labels
i know people who ate meat all day that died at 25 years old.
do you know what a bell curve is?
your message means nothing
i mean yeah, processed foods are inherently bad. should only be eaten in dire circumstances. like at the verge of dying of hunger.
@@kamitorings i dont care what someone identifies with, vegan, macrobiotic, vegi, keto etc if you are realy realy hungry i mean no food for a few days, you will eat anything.

Tom Bilyeu probably asks the most pertinent and thought-provoking questions of anyone I've ever experienced. It shows that he's a great listener who stops the guests from glossing over anything and forces them to expound on their points in a deeper way.
He is also a grown man who doesn't understand the concept of gravity even when you explain it to him.

Tom does his research before interviewing his guests, which, in my opinion, significantly improves the quality of the podcasts he hosts. It's that simple. Impact Theory has been very informative!
He talks to much, I'd rather hear the expert. His run on sentences are aggravating.
I am astounded. Since I was able to decide I have not eaten breakfast. This worried my mom all through school. In my adult life skipped breakfast started working drank coffee. Ate lunch and dinner. I am 70 and take no medications at all. Retired but still have same routine. I am clearing land. The honeysuckle and poison ivy vines are brutal. Jeez I was right for once. It has paid off.
@@skyandshadow679 We were lucky. We got good food as kids, not this poison they grow nowadays. Our air and water wasn't completely polluted either. I garden and can, only way I know what has been put on my food and in it. And we weren't told at 3 that we wanted to really be a boy. What is the matter with parents? @@planetetrangere I can't take him seriously. He looks old.
OMG I feel the same way!!!😁
@@capri2673 Sinclair looks old valter longo looks old they're over 40 they are "old." Dr. Sebi when he was alive (vegan who used to cure cancer etc) looked old at 40. Vegans tend to look old in general in my eyes because they lack muscle mass or body composition. Skeletons usually look old right? Avoilding animal fat ,butter, cholesterol and physical activity definitely ages you visually. Smoking also won't help you look young. I'm going to get esoteric or abstract here: The planet and universe is always actively moving even when you decide to be lazy for a week. So imagine how fit life is in comparison to you? What right does a "lazy, routine-less" person have to look young on a planet that never breaks its routine? How active is the universe in comparison to you? Not saying "we" should stay busy 24/7 but you can observe your activity as a whole and see what you're leaving on the table while observing how focused life is at keeping it self working well.
@@Parallelthinkers You think 40 is old?!
I have gone through periods of eating kate and spinach, thinking that eating lots of it was good for me. My IBS was horrific for weeks, ruined my stomach. Symptoms cleared up when I stopped. I can't eat too much greens.
One of the most important videos to not just watch, but to comprehend, in its entirety. We have been lied to, and indoctrinated by many false paradigms regarding our health, and the health of the environment.
Taking care of soil and supporting farmers are the biggest message to take from this conversations in my opinion.
Thank you Tom
We are finally doing food composting in a big way in New York City. Since most of us and there are millions do not have backyards We needed some sort of systematic pick up which we finally have. I thought it would stink up my whole kitchen and attract bugs, but I have a wastebasket that has a lid and I sprinkle cinnamon in it and that keeps away any critters, and it doesn’t smell at all. I’ve been taking it down to the main container in my buildings basement about once a week so far
Which is why they are desperate to close down farmers and take agricultural land away whilst replacing it with this unhealthy vegan overprocessed junk and trying to get meat off the shelves.

The irony of different experts saying different things about certain foods. Others say kale is healthy, and others say it's deadly. Made the people go mad hearing it. Just eat a balanced diet, eat in moderation the food you really loved, avoid vices, and stay stress-free, sleep well, and exercise regularly. I think you are good to go.

It’s not irony…..it’s purposeful confusion
I feel the entire over consumption of dairy or meat has led to industries and sellers resorting to unethical practices thats bringing about the entire ‘no-harm’ aspect of choosing vegan lifestyle. Consume them in moderation and there wouldnt be inflated need and increased production or having to alter the animals to get the desired qualities etc! Idk whats normal at this point
@@aWomanFreed i dont think experts are huddling together and agreeing to purposefully confuse people, they just have different research or use similar data to come to different conclusions, i forget the podcast but it was about hypertrophy rep ranges for optimal muscle gain, and two different experts saw the same data but had different conclusions.

An important point if you want to try having a farm, you don't have to do it all! If you raise chicken, you make friends with the farmer with cows, friends with the farmer with the fruit trees, friends with the farmer with the vegetables. Farmers always trade and share seeds, manure, egg shells, equipment. Get a farm but also get in touch with your local farming peers.
It is so true.YOU PRODUCE SOMETHING IN ABANDANCE AND EXCHANGE
As a Food Scientist and Chemist i love watching videos like this. I would highly agree regarding avoiding processed foods. If it has a label I usually avoid it. I prefer fruits and vegetables but will eat meats sporadically. It is true that usually low fat or low carb items are worst because they are replacing the fat for carbs or viceversa so the product still has flavor to the consumer. While I don’t agree with everything he is stating, he has a lot of good points. Please keep making videos like this 🙌🏼
It may help if you listed the discrepancies. It is hard to discern good sound information these days.
With all due respect, please share which points you disagree as an expert. Interested in learning from you, not forming a debate.
@@carmenxajay8772 if you are referring to my comment, I never said I was an expert. I like many are trying to learn as well. You would have to view several videos to see what I am saying. I am sure you can find a video that says the opposite of something you are saying. It’s not to discredit anyone but you really have to consider your body and health when taking advice.
I am also a scientist, and you are correct that the low fat foods are horrible for you, but low carb foods are NOT bad for you at all. In fact they are the MOST healthy foods you can eat. There is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate. But there are essential fats and proteins.

Fascinating! Until 33:47 I could never explain, nor could anyone understand how I managed to keep the same size, mass, youthful frame, skin/hair tone, and agility. Nice to know it's due to how I consistently operate in my daily life just as he described. When asked, and am asked often...I felt guilty saying I have never attended a gym or workout group nor followed a diet in my life. Except for the years I was eating for 2💞 True Story. I drink water when my lips and nose signal the need because my Indigenous Grandmother told me when I was too little to understand but 6 decades later, I still live by that simple rule of life, "Look at this plant she said... when you touch this soil and it feels dry...it's time to water it right? If the soil is white and crusty, it's missing something, maybe some kind of food or give it new soil like your mommy does right? If the soil is really wet and the leaves are droopy that means there is too much water in the pot right? Your mouth and nose are like this soil, if you leave it thirsty and hungry for too long, see...the leaves are like its skin, it will get funny-looking brown dry spots, and fall off and maybe the whole plant die. You are like a plant, use your nose to smell before you put anything in your mouth, and always take even a sip of water when your mouth feels dry, etc. Don't drink anything too fast...take your time, drink and eat just what your body needs. Not just now, your whole life, only you will know what to eat, how much and when...don't worry about 3 meals a day. Take 1 meal if you feel good...stop, if you want a 4th meal, then my child think about what you are putting into your mouth and you will live a long, long time. Thought I'd share a rather simple way to explain something significant to a young child. I LOVE's the look on a cashier's face when I whip out my Seniors discount card...Priceless.
I love this thank you any more gems of advice I'm here for it! Lol
😂💪
I do this....especially when buying fruits and veggies. I don't buy them for the sake of being healthy. I hold the bag of apples to my nose. If they smell very good, I know my body approves. Same with pineapple and peppers and everything.
I love mangoes but if I smell a ripe one and it doesn't smell right....like it smells like a mango but doesn't make me think MANGO.....then I don't buy it. My body doesn't want a mango that day. Seems simple but I don't throw away any produce because it always tastes good.

All the animals that these carnivores eat, live on plant or grain based diets. It doesn't seem to do them any harm does it.
Too many factors, environment, water, chemicals, air, organic no pesticides, genetics, stress being one of the most important ones. We can’t assume eating only vegetables is what made them live that long. Humans in a good healthy environment should live to 130.
Do you guys notice like whatever path we choose, vegan, non-vegan.. eating dairy, not eating it.. whatever path it is we ALWAYS try really hard to put ourselves in the light of being the good one.. of justifying ourselves and defending ourselves for the behavior.. it is all a matter of belief..
Just like religions! We want to justify our own beliefs.

This is one Profound video. Tom, you got content that is impossible to find on MSM, Thank you so much for your work you do us a great service.
Honestly sick of these guys. Over-complicating nutritional health constantly because their income depends on making people afraid.
Just eat unprocessed or very minimally processed foods (in line with what you prefer - vegan, carnivore, omni, whatever - they can all be done right) in appropriate amounts, get your recovery sleep, and stay physically active. That's your 80-20 right there. The end.

Not exactly. Some foods contribute to issues, it all depends on whether you are susceptible to them.
They want to know what will help you live the longest tho. We don’t know enough yet to actually say which is the ‘best’. I agree the processing of food is the most obvious but after that…well lots of questions. Not everyone’s genetics is great but they still want more.

Lately I've been doing exercises with hand resistance, that is, pushing the hands together and pushing or clasping them and pulling them apart. I do it for 30 minutes at a time, pushing and pulling, while moving my arms everywhere in space. I can shift resistance to one arm or the other, or both. It's a hell of a workout and I think it's doing great things. Gravity is not a factor, just muscle resistance with inherent and instant bio-feedback.
Yes, isometric exercise is the most natural and easiest type of exercise available to us. That we do everyday all day when we are moving all day long. Injuries are far less likely and you can do them anywhere.😊 Evwn better when we deliberately focus on them.

This was incredibly helpful, TY. I agree with Dave... a vegan diet in my 20-s for 5-yrs made me so ill, I was sick all the time. One major factor missing from this conversation is the role of housing instability and a sense of community play in Cortisol (fight or flight hormone) levels, life outcomes, addiction, incarceration, heart disease, life expectancy, and is most important within the first two years of life. 60% of U.S. citizens are living month to month, even though we consume far more than anyone else. I've been a diet experimenter minimalist for 30 years, after having a stroke. Today, I eat primarily dried and fresh fruit, a mix of various green leafy when possible, along with a morning caffeinated tea and honey. I eat and live minimally, fast on occasion, with in mind, need less want less....
On terminal velocity: The faster you fall, the more air you displace per second, and thus the resistance increases as you fall faster. Once the resistance = gravitational force, your speed stays the same. * Two objects with the same weight can have different surface area & shape, and have different air resistance.
As a child I vehemently told my mother that kale is fatal to eat. Brussel sprouts were pretty bad too.
I hate that I pay for no ads, but now people put them right in their content so I cannot avoid them.
I was doing HIIT and a friend told me I was doing it wrong. He said to sprint as fast as I could until I was gassed, and then stop. Not to move until I was at resting levels then do it again. It worked.
Worked how?
I love Dave but this just got even better by the end and then it finished 😪 this was a fantastic interview thanks Dave and Tom ☀️ today is my birthday and started the day with this 😊☀️🌟
The constant drumbeat that we hear is to eat more plants...but plants also contain antinutrients/lectins which they are not talking about and are harmful. This is what got us into trouble with kale. Dr. Gundry talks a lot about this.
Great call out at 1.00.00 "that sounds untrue" LOVE it, so direct and honest. Great interview in general
When I was growing up in my old country we would used cows poops for our garden for plant and vegetables to grows..! We had cages free duck, chicken. We consumed everything organic none chemicals, cooking with dried wood and charcoals, ( food taste good ) back then PP work hard ( labor) I was healthier then..! I missed those days😊 and I this man is awesome he making more sense than some Doctors..!

In Canada a cow pie can also double as a hockey puck when frozen solid. So also can be used for exercise. Hockey is exercise?
This is what we should know to stay healthy...thank you so much.

I worked with a guy who looked 10 years younger than Asprey, he was also 50. He drank, smoked pot, and ate whatever he felt like. It's all genetics. He can sell you whatever he wants, but so many centenarians never heard of his research or followed his protocols. They ate clean, socialized, worked past retirement, and lead different lives. It's genetics then environment, like clean air, lack of stress, local food sources, and friendly people.
I tuned into Dave 5 years ago and I live what he teaches. His book “Bullet Proof Diet” is my health Bible which I still turn to frequently and I feel fantastic at age 71
Wow that very cool.
Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the recommendation.
I just looked at the bullet points and am very close. On SS, I am not focussed on organic, and grass-fed exclusively. Essentially free of sugar, starch, grains, alcohol, a smattering of vegs and rare fruit. IF, only coffee with HWC in the morning, jog/walk/calesthenics many mornings, late lunch/snack, larger dinner, plenty of water with electrolytes. Lots of outdoor activities and sunshine. Friday I jogged 4 hilly miles. Only med is armour thyroid. I dont talk about my diet until somebody says they wish they had half my energy... then I lightly say people say that but they dont want to do what I do and walk away. If they chase me down, then we talk. 👍
Bacon and eggs over easy with. Buttered toast and smothered and covered home fries cooked in the bacon grease is killer, I love it. Oh
Cooking, soaking overnight in water, sprouting (germination), fermentation, and pickling can all break down phytic acid so that the phosphorus can be released and absorbed by the body.
I cannot remember the last time I saw lots of earth worms on the sidewalk after a heavy spring rain. As kids they were all over the sidewalk and we used to rescue them and throw back in the grass so they wouldn’t dry out. You just don’t see them in my old suburban neighborhood. 😞
You’re so right! We used to see them everywhere after rain. Some that didn’t get to grass we’d see dried up on the pavement. Now I don’t actually remember the last time I see one. 😢

You will never outlive a vegan. Just facts. Look it up. You do you tho. I'm glad you feel healthy. I've never felt better now that i dont eat murder. It's not just a health issue, it's also a moral stance against unnecessary cruelty to our animal counterparts. As well as a stance against one of the biggest contributors to global climate change.

I love this channel. it is so informative and I am a health freak (and I am not ashamed to call myself this) so these sort of videos are really helpful. Some I knew already like issues with Kale and Spinach. It is very sad though how we are so brainwashed and miselad as a society into thinking how so many things are healthy when they are not. There needs to be more done on food labelling. Even nitrates on ham is seriously harful and many claim can be carcinogenic. It's a nasty preservative to stop the colour of ham changing so it is more attractive on the shelf. Scandinavian countries are more strict than the rest of Europe. They ban a lot more than we do in the UK. I wish we were more like them so I dont have to analyze the ingredients of products I eat and drink. It's shameful in this day and age and the labels are misleading. For example, sugar content. Why can't they work out how much sugar in total is in the product? Instead you need to work out this yourself.
Soil quality was a lot better when my parents were growing up. Then there's this hidden secret of what is GMO. They say 80% of soya in the US in genetically modified. Looks out for GMO free on the label but I remember when it was law to mention if food was GMO and then they stopped it. No idea why but I was amazed just how many items were GMO.
Some interesting books are Grain Brain which talks about the issues with gluten for both mind and body. Whitewash which talks about the down side of dairy. The Great Cholesterol Myth is another really important book about how many of us are on drugs to lower cholesterol and do we need to be. I am not the author and mentiont hese books because they opened my mind on a lot of things I did not know.
Dave confused the hell out of me with the gravity thing. I'm so glad that Tom asked him those follow-up questions because I was lost for a minute. I would still like a better understanding of this. Can we get Dr. Michio Kaku on the phone?

Very awesome of you to share this. I try to explain this to people all the time. Some get it and some don't. There's also the issue of having a hard time breaking the addiction.
Spinach is very high in oxalates according to all sources, but kale usually isn't said to be. I wonder what's going to happen with so many keto people using a lot of almond products.
Only just started watching this and already am hugely appreciative of both your attention to detail - the questions we want to ask, Tom, you cover. I like detailed, I want it broken down piece by piece so that my simple mind can understand it lol. Thanks for this!
This is exactly what’s happening to me! Thank you!
Great stuff once again. I'm 59 now and changed my eating routine to ideally eating after 11am, and before 6pm - not before or after. I start my day with coffee/cinnamon, lemon/ginger water, try to do a short 20 min workout. I lost about 15 lbs pretty quick. I still indulge in a sweat occasionally. I'm not as disciplined as I'd like, I don't stick with my routine and much as I'd like, but I've never felt healthier. Also I'm not a conspiracy guy, but when we look at the regs/rules governing food & drug production it's hard to explain how we got where we are - low quality, high prices, and myths about drugs that are marketed to solve things but actually make us dependent on other drugs - without thinking there's some nefarious forces/influences behind the scenes to keep us in place.
you should indulge in a sweat more often. Exercise is good for you.
Halo my friend. I would like to change my habits as well and i think your practise here is much recommendable and believe it can work on me as well, especially because im also ill discipline but thinking your ways may help me a lot. But i just need to know some cew pointers here:
You eat your first meal after 11 am but this starting with coffee and other stuff, when is it starting. After 11 am or early in the morning begkre i go to work for an e.g. Now with the 20 minutes. Is it immediately after taking the coffe or other stuff or when.

If you have fibromyalgia tissue salts help immensely, remember as a child my mom would be stuck in bed everyday for 20 years, no she takes tissue salts and she hasn't had a problem since. Do you mean like cell salts? Or what are tissue salts?
@@rgCA_01123 My question too.
How do I buy “tissue salts”? I have same problem as your mom. Does she take cell salts? Mineral salts?
@dreamingrightnow1174 I just looked it up. Tissue salts are cell salts. I take bioplasma for overall immune health and knock on wood, I don't get sick much anymore. I've been taking them since 2012 when my daughter was born. I was sick when she was due (whole family was sick). When she was born (at home), she caught our cold. It was kind of inevitable. My holistic pediatrician had me take cell salts (bioplasma, it is a mix of the 12 cell salts/tissue salts) so she'd get the benefits through nursing. I've been using them ever since.
I love watching the videos on this channel. I'm a masters dietetic student and its so interesting to see so much debate about diet and the science behind it of what a healthy diet looks like to each different person.
This channel provides so many levels of information in such depth to everyone, which is mentioned in this video as never in history have we had such information available to us. But channels like this allow us to get the roots of the conversation and understand that information in a way that you don't find in academia.
Well done Tom and all the Impact Theory team!
I love that someone studying as you are, is listening to alternate sources of info!!! It should be compulsory.
I research the longest living peoples and tribes to get the best info since they are proof of what works. Watching a 110 year old climbing a mountain, with others just as or near as old doing the same, is pretty much what we can assume is the best life.Ironically, almost all are vegan/vegetarian.

I hope that dietician classes have advanced since I saw my last dietician. My doctor, whose actually a Ph.d Nurse practitioner professor put together a class at her office for one of her colleagues that’s a professor to dietician’s…
When she showed up I was shocked to see her in such poor shape. She was promoting the food pyramid of the 1950’s.
Sorry
I have not heard of Dave before, but it is great to hear someone else besides Dr. Joel Wallach (Youngevity) touting the importance of the 60 essential minerals. And of course there’s 90 essential nutrients all members of the animal kingdom must have daily…
I was a child in the sixties and we had a dairy herd on the farm where we got our milk - it was fantastic.
After the 'milk lake' in the EU, my dad had to cease dairy farming and a prize-winning herd was slaughtered.
Now we have 'broken' milk, and people avoid the wonderful dairy products - milk, cheese, cream.
I was a strict vegetarian for 6 years back in the 1980's. By the 5th year I felt weaker and had a lot less energy...and was starting to get sick all the time. I slowly started adding meat and REAL milk again and in no time...I was up and running strong again.
I believe a balanced diet of real meat and real plants will keep a person strong and healthy.
I will be 75 in 25 days....and people are always telling me I look early 50's....so I must be doing something right.

As someone raised in the Caribbean I totally agree that we are all meats, lots of vegetables and real fruits. The key word is food was real with no chemicals. So eat grass fed meat, local farmer raised pork and chicken/eggs.

@@nunyabizz50 Not all veggies are good he said eg kale is not good etc
He has a point about not enough energy equals not detecting reality. Basically, the more energy one has, the more aware the mind is, the more agile, the more attentive, the sharper it is to detect and discern what its content is, its belief, and what works etc. This means one's energy level is indicative of personal success whatever that means at the individual's level of preference. The mind follows the body's signals whereas the mind has to exert effort on it which is energy and costs a lot from its standpoint as the mind is lazy. You need energy to recreate and multiply it specifically the stimulating energy or start-up energy or force to get started and it could be even a vibrational thought already stored somewhere in one's experience. This is a very interesting conversation. Thanks.
this is so interesting,, after years of routine changes and researches online I just finished doing exactly what this man saying without even knowing him, never felt better!
Kale smoothies for a few months in 2015 left many stones in left kidney that some still remain today even after Ureteroscopy ..If I only knew..
Actually kale is low in oxalic acid. Most other dark greens are very high. My kidneys are very sensitive to oxalic acid and spinach is killer. I have no problem with kale though and eat it every day.
Lab grown meat will be showing up in the stores soon and they are putting cricket flour in our food too. Look for the words gryllus, acheta domesticus, and cricket flour, it can all mean crickets are in the food.
That's true and they are closing down farms and getting rid of meat so that we will be eating g genetically modified organisms.

I am not sure I agree with you guys. I have been a vegetarian (not a vegan) for the last 35 years. I do eat eggs, cheese occasionally and drink my tea with milk in the morning. I am 68 and run 3 - 4 km almost everyday. I eat a lot of vegetables, rice, a bit of wholemeal bread tofu, etc. and have more energy than when I was in my 20s and 30s. I do eat also a lot of onions and garrick. Green leafy vegetables are always on my menu. Regularly I eat sesame and sunflower seeds. Consume olive oil too regularly.
How do you fix leafy greens. Mine taste bitter.
Thank God there are still a few people with a little sanity (otherwise farmers may stop growing vegetables). I too have been vegetarian/vegan for 30+ years now (I'm 51) and look and feel better than almost anyone I see over 35. I think most of these people stopped eating white bread for a month and suddenly decided that was all the evidence they needed, they suddenly had the validation to consume anything and everything that ever had a mother.
@@jeannepatterson3894 most greens turn bitter in heat and when they start to produce flowers and seeds. You need to grow warm weather greens. Also succession plant and harvest young.
I think he mainly meant strict vegans. When you eat cheese and dairy it means you are not excluding animals and not favouring big agriculture that kills the land.
This is a kick-ass podcast. Most of the information I have heard here. I have been suspicious of for years. I'm very healthy and have been my whole life. At age 60, just the same improvement is still attainable. Just got on board with a mostly carnevore eating plan. The crazy part is after just 7 days my energy and mind are incredible. The only concern I have is I lost 3 pounds in those seven days. I have been 6" 170-180 pounds for 40 years. I may need to increase the calories in my carevore meals. It's been my experience in this first week that you just are not hungry on a carnefore diet. I will try the coffee for my morning bullet...
🤔might well be that your „natural“ weight is 160-170 only?
Carnivore causes cancer
The carnivore diet makes me extremely hungry like i need to eat at least 6500 calories a day so this approach did not work for me but it works for other people. If you want tolose weight on the carnivore diet you need to eat white meat and not necessarly red meat and do IF and you will drop the extra weight.
