Thank you for your honest review - we're glad you enjoyed VITURE One and we hope you'll follow along as we continue innovating the XR gaming space in the future!
The future of AR looks promising. With Apple and Oculus working the headset angle, and companies like this working the glasses angle, we're sure to have something sleek and compact within the next 10-15 years.
If you get the neckband they offer, it comes with typically paid for apps for streaming both xbox and PlayStation, and they work quite well. The neckband also runs netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services as its essentially just an android device. I use these glasses when on a plane, or when donating platelets to just sit back and watch content. Work very well. Unfortunately, I had to send my neckband in for service as the buttons on it stopped working… Like he said though, 1st gen product.
There's a nearly identical product called the Xreal air 2, not sure how many differences there are between them but the air 2's are a 2nd gen product that might have a few more things ironed out. They still stick out noticeably further than regular sunglasses 😂
Since there isn't battery in the them. You don't have to worry about them being close to your eyes. A short on the board might scar the plastic, but it could never burn your eyes.
Here my mom is enjoying her 150 inch 1080p projector TV for $99. My dad saw it and he bought one also, lol. They have been divorced since 1984. If we only knew there was something that was 5 times the cost. I do think AR is the future, but it will not be common place until they are a lot smaller or even contacts, which will be a long time from now. For work AR glasses with multiple screen setups like the new Quest 3 would be ideal. Not needing actual monitors in front of you can give you more work space on your actual desk.
How's the batery life when you don't attach the glasses to the pack/charger? Is there a difference with what kind of input you use (e.g. Nintendo game vs working on your computer)? Thanks for the short and informative vid!
I think the battery life is slightly improved, if you only use the glasses as the display (For example, if you’re using the glasses with a laptop and not using the laptops display as well) because when you use it with the steam deck and no battery pack, the battery life improves by 10%. Hope that answers your question :)
Do you have a Blu-ray/ 3d Blu-ray/ 4K Blu-ray player? I have been wanting someone to test it out on these glasses to see if they can handle the high HDCP HDMI code clearance required of a TV set to watch Blu-ray/ 3d Blu-ray/ 4K Blu-ray movies. It is more complex for a display to handle that task then it is to play games on a PS5 or watch Netflix, which I suspect that would definitely work but not Blu-ray.
Still the same gimmick this type of product was well over ten years ago. Video glasses are still no where near what they need to be, it's a piece of tech you'll toy with for maybe a month and toss aside. Just another mass paid sponsor for a rather dumb gimmicky product.
The problem with these, screen size (fov) are fixed. Was hoping for something more immersive. Wonder how the more expensive Epson Moverios compares. I myself have a Xreal.
Its cool but it wont replace the way gaming is rn not everyone wants to use glasses to play games or watch tv for long periods of time, also it is quite expensive.
Got myself a pair of the Viture glasses to play my switch, I was not impressed with the technology, you can tell it’s still at a prototype phase. The screen is blurry on the edges, overall, not worth the money imo. Maybe in the next 10-20 years the tech will improve significantly. Thankfully, they have a 30 day return policy.
im fine with no speakers. I don't really know if I'll be able to use these outside the house, or ever, because all portable devices already have good enough screens.
Well… They are super expensive (you can get an oculus for cheaper), have quite a few flaws (that screen-cropping one especially), and are NOT WIRELESS so yea… good “in a pinch” but way too expensive to ever buy them for a pinch. With some development it’d work, but tbh it’d probably just be better to run a full headset like an oculus for the visuals, stick the oculus cameras onto it and… Wait this is just an oculus but you see the background while playing the game. Basically we are waiting for an app that lets you connect devices to an oculus.
NUH-Uh, it needs to be much cheaper, thats why VR still isnt really a big thing. But if it was made by apple, then that would be a whole different story.
One day Nintendo will release some AR glasses, mark my words! I'm excited and worried for this technology.. Like this thing will replace the smartphone someday, but then we always have some glasses or contact lenses on and get even more addicted and lost in this virtual world.. But on the bright side I can see so much fun playing Nintendo AR games with others!
I got these I have a problem trying to see the whole screen as I find the included nose bits too uncomfortable and trying to find the right viewing spot, plus the edges of the screen can be quite blurry. But still I love the idea
I guess it doesn't protect your eyes like sunglasses, right? So being outside you need to be careful to not expose your eyes to bright light for too long..
I've been debating whether it is worth getting a TV or not as I can move at any time and don't want to accumulate anymore things to pack and take up space. Mixed Reality glasses seem to be the best solution for this, and I think it will only get better. I have a Meta Quest 3 and I really love the mixed reality aspect of it. It would be really cool if it had 3D effects and elements coming from the screen to create some added depth in games.
This doesn't change gaming it just gives people another dopamine shot to cope with reality. When the novelty wears off after a week or so people are looking for the next cool distraction
Hello, I think it is a completely different product. Those glasses weights less than 80g. You can were them many hour in train, plane or in bed while keeping a conversation with people. Quest3 is more powerful, but is not designed to be wear outside your living room.
“If you’re somehow a Nintendo fan that goes outside” I felt that
yo that's me!
Lmao
This was my favourite as well!!!
@@BobaFettThe11th what wrong with you?
nothing really. Outside is good
Incredibly cool, but way too expensive lol, still very good example of where tech can go in the future.
Agreed!
there are cheaper alternatives. I'm skeptical on getting them though.
that future is coming very soon, technology is improving quickly
Too bad they are more expensive than my Switch...
It's a transportable TV, you should compare accordingly.
It may be just a gimmick for now; but I can't wait until manufacturers manage to miniaturize the glasses even further!
display contacts powered by body surface contact
Thank you for your honest review - we're glad you enjoyed VITURE One and we hope you'll follow along as we continue innovating the XR gaming space in the future!
time to wait 10 years for this type of thing to be cheap
You can be old versions of these from 10 years ago already.
What is cheap to you? $300 is cheap for this type of thing imo
As a nintendo fan who goes outside I appreciate the tinting feature

Adding, service was helpful and sent me a new neckband, and quick. So that’s cool.
all that for da neckband?

Yeah aren't they 120hz? And I've heard anyone say they get hot but idk

Nintendo is the only one that can go outside.... just saying
Very true
Quest 2 can go outside and play Nintendo emulator
Imagine someone walks in and ur holding ur controller staring at thin air ☠️
I do that often anyway, even without these. So... uh yeah.
wait, you are telling you can adjust the glasses feature? while Apple expects you to buy specialized crystals?
pov: me and the boys watching this video thinking of devious plans for going to school

I have them! I wearing them finished my TOTK, they are just awesome!

where can i buy this dock pack?

I like how he doesn’t have a steam deck but has the ultimate gamer goggles
I’m surprised this video doesn’t have more views

How was the latency?
video however it's just the sponsor
Glyph I had one and it did twice what this does headphones and a screen.😛
Very good and concise review, like n sub.
For a minute, I was waiting for a "gotcha".
cool concept but for that price ill just get a quest 3
The Virtual Boy Is Back.
This is going to make driving even more dangerous
this thing looks great.
Endo is great 😊
as a nintendo fan who doesn't go outside, I'll just stick to my gaming monitor thanks.
What monitor do you have?
Every day, we come closer to somebody actually becoming Arkham Batman.
lol
im fine with no speakers. I don't really know if I'll be able to use these outside the house, or ever, because all portable devices already have good enough screens.
For that price there’s another brand don’t remember the name that offers more functions and has a 120hz display
road trips are gonna be sick
Wow, quick and VERY informative thanks to your wording but mostly the editing, THANK YOU!! Subscribed!
Wish they worked on my switch lite, I'd buy them in an instant
Lol! I like this guy. No gimmicks. I like your style man. Keep up the good work.
Endo is great
🧐
Great vid, hope you get loads more attention soon. Thank you for your service! 🥳
Now that's Sick
We are not ready dor that 🤔. Pretty awesome though
Imagine contact lenses that can do this wirelessly. Ugh technology is gonna be great.

hdmi port does not mean you can plug it into a wii tho
wii hdmi adapters exist.
i feel like one day, they'll be like contact lenses. this is a huge step towards an even bigger future
Sad truth is that if your eyes are closed to lens or object of focus for long hours your ruining eyes, short sight will increase further.
This would be really cool for long plane flights
NUH-Uh, it needs to be much cheaper, thats why VR still isnt really a big thing. But if it was made by apple, then that would be a whole different story.
The Switch and Steam Deck already have screens to be used portably
Insane that these even exists, I always forget about that.
How big is your head? Mine is XXXL and im worried about getting some AR glasses because they might just be too small for my head lol
One day Nintendo will release some AR glasses, mark my words! I'm excited and worried for this technology.. Like this thing will replace the smartphone someday, but then we always have some glasses or contact lenses on and get even more addicted and lost in this virtual world.. Reminds me of the Face Raider days. They also have experience with AR through Niantic with Pokémon Go, so it wouldn't be surprising.
Came here to say great thumbnail
Thanks!
I got these I have a problem trying to see the whole screen as I find the included nose bits too uncomfortable and trying to find the right viewing spot, plus the edges of the screen can be quite blurry. But still I love the idea
_Finally_ the Virtual Boy _won't_ hurt to play! Now if I can only figure out how to add a USB-C port to the thing.
i'm just thinking, goddamn the input delay must be huge
this is proof we're living in the future
I guess it doesn't protect your eyes like sunglasses, right? So being outside you need to be careful to not expose your eyes to bright light for too long..
This thing is over $500 yeah there's no point for me to continue watching the whole video now!
glasses that work as a display and doesnt have nothing to do with gaming: "gaming has changed forever"
Can you watch videos from anywhere on the internet? Asking for a friend.
I guess the big question here is What Dafuq happened to your Thumb? at 1:49
Endo is great
He is isn’t he
I'll just till some random company in china replicates it and sell for less.
What brand is the powerbank....looking to buy it but cant gind it.
VITURE, they make the power bank and the glasses. I’m pretty sure the dock part only works with the glasses tho
Now we're all Iron man 😎
cool! I wonder if this just cut the apple vision in pieces
They need to make it a 4k or at least 2k and then I’ll think about it
I wonder how this looks if you need glasses to see like I do.

Me playing nintendo games with my oculus quest 3 with a huge screen and better resolution
Since it's an image per eye, does it support stereoscopic 3d?
They get it to 4k it will be a buy
This doesn't change gaming it just gives people another dopamine shot to cope with reality. When the novelty wears off after a week or so people are looking for the next cool distraction
now look at the Xreal air 2 pro
Ill just wait like 5 years for the batter to be better for glass to be les chunky and cheaper
not mixed reality but augmented reality.
mixed reality is Quest 3.
My wii doesn’t have a hdmi
These pair of glasses are so overpriced. You can get something so much better with Quest 3 at the same price
Hello, I think it is a completely different product. Those glasses weights less than 80g. You can were them many hour in train, plane or in bed while keeping a conversation with people. Quest3 is more powerful, but is not designed to be wear outside your living room.
hm
Hm
Beatemups reviewed two of these
He's a complete moron
Oh god I hope Gaming doesn’t switch to these dumb lame glasses instead of consoles
But something way better VR
Basically quest 3
With just 3 games
Then you had no idea what Quest 3 is. It is definitely not like this overpriced puss
