If not using the cart for more than two weeks: take off the DI housing, remove the DI filter, replace the the DI housing, connect a garden hose to the inlet, turn on water and flush system with bypass valve open for 5 minutes, close the bypass valve and flush for 10 minutes, open the bypass valve and flush for another 4-5 minutes. Turn off the garden hose, discount the garden hose. Remove DI housing, it will have water in it, so bump out the water, replace the DI filter and reinstall the DI housing onto the unit. The unit will be ready to sit for another two weeks..

On the bottom filter, should the arrow on the filter point upwards (towards the sky) or downwards (towards the ground) ? Just would like to confirm.
