He is pretty plain looking in color. I agree just a smidge more. Maybe go crazy on his chuks to emphasize his character name. I never read ninja force so this character is pretty foreign to me. Like the idea. I want Slice and Dice. Just too crazy a pair name and their masks are unique. Purple and Orange/Red ninja with lots of Shredder like weaponry.
Solid review.. I watched one guy SHRED this figure. I get with the armor and some accessories… you reduce motion and such.. stinks.. BUT it’s a $25 toy… not a $90+ collectible. ImThis guy was WAY past my Joe collecting days… but he looks pretty cool, so I’m in!
I am a sucker for a ninja, no doubts there. So, I am getting him; but a lot of the chatter out there is that folks don't like him. Every review thus far has been either completely negative or on the negative side of things. The complaints are valid. It's like Hasbro was starting to do a good job and then just quit. Other than the swords, his accessories have NO paint apps. I am not going to count the brown spray on the bandana that hangs down, because it wasn't applied on the rest of the hood. With just a LITTLE bit more effort, this guy could have been epic. It's really insane to see that the first and 2nd wave of Classified had SO much detail and plastic quality, that seeing some of these latest waves really make you wonder just how much they're really saving making these SOOOooo cheap. Also, you rightfully mention the over use of GRAY plastic. I am beginning to think that black plastic is more expensive than gray. So everything is coming up gray and that's why Tunnel Rat's pants are gray instead of black. The cheapness of the figures is starting to wear on me. For now, I am pretty much getting everything thing...but if the cheapness continues, I will stop after I have collected all of 82-87.
I like the design of him. The lack of paint apps and cheapo plastic diminishes him a touch. All figures need extra hands in different poses. Ninjas really should have some martial arts hands. Kamakura had an unmasked head. This guy should've had one too. Same goes for Barbeque.

Hey O there Bobby Bee, off topic here but those prop boxes you have here keep distracting me! Why? Because how do those flaps "close" with such small flaps?? Inquiring minds must know....
The hescos in the background? They are 3 separate pieces, 2 for the box and the "lid/top" is a separate piece folded to look like a flap, they have a print on them to make it look like they're full of rocks/dirt

Pre Order game wait. Not a super Ninja fan since Hasbro over did StormShadow, but I really like the Camo on this fig. I wish the Sarge would of had this camo. 👍🏼👍🏼 Review
I nearly ordered one but had some technical problems so it didn't work out, I'll likely wait for a sale though. The poor quality Nunchucku are off putting, if I stumble across quality replacements with real chains or string then I'll likely be more interested. Colour wise he's "fine". Maybe one day they can reissue some characters with cloth pieces who lacked them like Dusty and Nunchuk, I think it would help the playability of some characters and as you can 3D print onto the surface of cloth that does offer some interesting options I hope Hasbro would do.. I think Hasbro's problem is their lack of girls lines means they are not set up for making good pieces of clothing.
nunchuck (🙄that name) and wolf spider are the two im kinda on the fence about. theyre not such definite pick ups like shockwave is on my list. i wish dusty had a havelock as interesting as ol’ baducci’s here.

When I was a kid I had Nunchuk and I cut off the soft goods head flap. It looked hella weird to my 12 year old brain.
I prefer the soft goods OG version. Hopefully I can execute a proper redo on the head scarf.
