In the next installment of our exclusive series, 'Legends Unplugged,' we sit down with the legendary Bruce Kulick.
Once the electrifying guitarist for KISS and the driving force behind Grand Funk Railroad, Kulick's riffs have left an indelible mark on rock history. In part four of our candid dialogue, we venture into the realms of reconciliation and the future, posing the pivotal question to Bruce: Is a Grand Funk Railroad reunion with its original members a possibility, or is it a closed chapter in rock 'n' roll's vast anthology? Tune in for an unmissable conversation where we uncover the potential of reuniting the classic lineup.

Theme Song - Mark Slaughter

I had the pleasure of going to a GFR concert at the famed Fillmore East in NYC for the "Closer to Home" tour way back in the day. They sounded great. Loud and crystal clear. They were one of my top bands back in my high school days.
Of course Mark is a nice guy. Of course Don is a nice guy. Just because Don signed the band name over to himself and fired Mark doesn't mean he can't be a nice guy. But what he did to Mark isn't nice, and he probably doesn't want to be reminded of it. Hence, no reunion.
No offense.. the original three… the first three albums, to me, personify the sound that was Grand Funk. No other live concert exhausted me more than seeing them in 69-70.. peoples band. Farner will always be my favorite.. it’s a sin they are not touring together Mark, Don Mel..
Right. Don`s GFR plays all the songs, and they sound ok but Grand Funk is not just ok and without Farners energy and stage presence, they are just a tribute band.
the first 3 lp's - magic! they could have toured on those tunes for a whole career. i saw the original band 4 times, and they never played 90 % of those tunes. i don't think that they realized what they had. jmo
Once you bring back the ex member then all the focus is taken away from those who became the spotlight and they do Not want to lose their place that has been worked on for too many years. Because that is what hurt their egos to begin with.
I don't fault Mel and Don for continuing to do what they love, as they are alive and well and still able to do it. Their generation of rockers are dying every day. I just wished they would do it as members of Bob Seger's band and not try to do Mark's songs without him
Just a cover band without Farner
Don Is the spokesperson for the band. I That's all you need to know. He forgets mark was the band.
Don wants to be the front man of GFR it`s plain and simple and his ego is more important than what the fans want so there won`t be any change.
as long as he doesn't look in the mirror...
I want it known the original Grand Funk Railroad will always be my favorite band !
I don't have anything against Bruce Max and Tim!
My wife and I just saw them here in Louisiana at the raising Kanes river front and they did put on a great show!
Tell Bruce I said hey and want him to know I dug his guitar playing!
Without Mark Farner it's just Grand Fraud Railroad. A cover band.
Don is lame, everyone knows Grand Funk is a joke
No Mark Farner- No GFR- who the hell is/was Bruce Kulick-
well one off the best rock guitarist of the 80's 90's 00's 10's hoe the hell are you?
Grand Funk works just fine without Farner. They don’t need Farner’s friction. Farner wants to be the boss, that’s great, stay solo. All good!
It's the other way around..believe me. Don wants to be th front man!
@@rickkeiderling1331Actually Farner chose to leave Grand Funk and go solo so………….
Bullshit
