Instead of whining that there's no recipe, I've listed it here:
    Sweet spicy marinade
Tsp ea Black pepper, cayenne, cumin, paprika, red pep, kosher salt,
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 cloves pressed garlic
    Tbsp honey
    1/4 C avocado oil
    1/2 bottle beer
    Middle Eastern
    1C Greek Yougurt
    2 cloves pressed garlic
    2 Tbsp avocado oil
    1 Tbsp sricach
    1/4 C cilantro diced fine
    Juice of 1 lemon
Tbsp ea Cumin, Tumeric (or sub more curry powder), yellow curry powder.
    Chimichuri
In the processor, 6 cloves Garlic pulsed
    Big handful Parsley
    Big hand of fresh oregano
    1 Jalapeno
    Juice of one lemon
    2-3 Tbsp red wine vin
    2/3 C EVOO
Big pinch of salt and pepper
    Process until smooth.
Put 4 thighs, scored, in a gallon Ziploc for each marinade
Use 1/2 of each marinade (reserve 1/2 for basting and as a plating sauce)
Fridge for 2-3 hours, pull an hour to come to room temp
    Grill and baste
    Serve with tacos or pitas

I bought this as my first propane grill. It's been a fun, learning experience ruclips.net/user/postUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . I think it's a bit too pricey after looking at other grills, but it wasn't hard to put together and it works really well. I love the side burner option for heating food during a power outage. I have an electric stove and live in the South (Hurricane season), so this was a bonus. I also bought a cover for it and it has protected it nicely (the Char Broil All-Season Grill Cover 3-4 Burner: Large). Every few grill sessions, I take the rack (or grate) and burner covers off and clean them with a non-abrasive scrubby and mild soap. I wipe the excess off of the bottom as well, taking care to avoid the gas and pilot lines.

It was amazing. I am very happy that I have came out of my boring shell and and now trying some of you recipe's. The flavor of the chicken and other ingredients were great. I cannot wait to try more of you concoctions. Keep up the great videos. Your entertaining and your recipe's are easy for a simple mind like mine to follow. Thank you!!!

I grill chicken breasts the same way, but I use just regular old italian salad dressing. Soak in 1/2 bottle of dressing four hours to overnight, start grilling, turning often. Every time I turn, I put some of the marinade on until cooked half way. Then every time I turn it I use fresh dressing that the chicken was not soaked in. Turning approx. every 5 minutes. The dressing seems to build a crust on the chicken. I do this consistently until 165 degrees, and the chicken is juicy as can be and has a fantastic flavor.

Sam, you are my idol. These 3 recipes are now part of my weekly Sunday prep routine for the week. Important note: Spiciness increases considerably, according to the length of marinade time. Which is completely fine, as I plan on making those earlier in the week, to minimize spicyness for me, but good to know the level of heat can be easily adjusted, by merely waiting another day or 2.

Hi Sam, I just want to say the wife made the curry yogurt yesterday with some jasmine rice. Delicious. Today we had the chimichurri just heavenly, with cilantro lime rice and broccoli. Thank you for these recipes. Keep up the beautiful work. One of these days I need to stop by and get some Not Not tacos.

Quick question, what can I replace the beer with if I cannot drink alcohol? Also, can I freeze the marinades with the chicken (in order to meal prep and cook throughout the week)?
