- Happy Friday the 13th, you beautiful, extremely patient people out there! I'm back to talk about one of my favorite games to ever grace my Switch. I hope you enjoy this look into Deadly Premonition aka The Red Seed Files!I really intended to be more consistent with my uploads, but I had an important surgery that downed me for a month and a half, then about 2 weeks after being back I caught a nasty flu which downed me for another week. So, if i look & sound sick, it's because very much was. I filmed this while in the middle of fighting the flu.
If there are midrolls (commericals in the middle) in this video, know that I disabled that since I hate them so why subject you to them. If you're getting them that's RUclips, not me. They sometimes like to keep them on my videos like I wouldn't notice.

Happy Friday the 13th,nice haircut….Great to see another upload. That kid looks like he’s from 6 Scene Strap on clown sounds like some twisted fetish 0rgy for the large bed to point it out Never herd of this game but is sort of a mild twisted dark and unusual so I’d probably be 1 of those that love it The guy is narcissistic, strange and an idiot. .I think the combination of badges, flowers, SMOKE and peoples faces in my face impaired my vision a little 👀

Ok, but they were NOT subtle in the twin peaks similarities, I'm surprised they didn't have to pay royalties to David Lynch and Mark Frost
I’m guessing they changed it just enough that their lawyers okayed it. Though, I’m willing to bet if Rainy Woods was released as it was, there probably would’ve been a legal battle.

Francis York Morgan/Zach is one of my favorite video game characters ever, second only to Kazuma Kiryu from the Yakuza series. One of the things I like about York's character is that although he is often inconsiderate and lacking in social graces I always got the feeling that it wasn't at all intentional on his part.
I can't help but love his oddly worded statements and his fondness of various cult classic-type movies to the point that I can't help but defend his eccentricities and his lack of tact. If York was a real person he would be someone I would love to have a conversation with. Him talking to "Zach" out loud is still a laugh riot!
He’s one of the most original characters I’ve seen in recent years, that’s for sure. I really love how he’ll randomly talk about horror movies and directors. I actually learned a few facts from him. Haha
@@genyfear Same here! ^_^ He seems like the kind of person I would love to be friends with quite frankly. When it comes to expositing information about topics like film for example I sometimes do the same thing if it pertains to a conversation I'm having with someone because I have a love for many random topics, movies being one of them. That probably sounds narcissistic, but it's more so that I also have a close friend who also does this and we often have entire conversations that come from our mutual habit in that regard.
Sorry in advance for getting a bit personal here, but I'm moving house soon and since I'm disabled I can't really live on my own until I can find stable employment with a job I can still actually do so I go wherever my family goes and as a result I won't be able to see my two closest friends in person anymore so York's conversations remind me of those I hold dear in that instance.
Again, sorry for the personal sob story, but I felt it gives proper insight into one of the many reasons I love his character and enjoy his ramblings so much.
@@loneronin6813 oh, that’s not a sob story. That’s always difficult to move away especially when it’s basically against your will due to circumstances out of your hands. At least with technology nowadays you can video chat, call or text instead of relying on snail mail. True friends are hard to come by! ☺️
@@genyfear You're right, at least I can still chat with my friends :) I like to think that true friends are hard to come by because when they do you can always count on them and vice versa. Anyway, thanks again for your comments and the work you do.
Absolutely one of my favorite games. Raw Danger is a great survival game with a silly story and a lot of flaws, but is still quite an experience. Is Burger Time a horror game or an lsd game?
I’d argue nearly every game that came out the same era as Burger Time is an LSD game. You can’t convince me a lot of those games weren’t created in a drug fog. Haha.

So if you were to play this with Playstation Move in the PS3 port, the button mashing sequences become endless waggle-fests. I had mononucleosis and little after recovering I decided to play it that way. Let me tell you: BAD IDEA.

@@genyfear Beats me. They also added 3DTV support which ranges from mediocre to downright awful. What's peculiar is that there isn't a graphical downgrade or any additional framerate issues which leads me to believe something that is downright outrageous if true: What if the game runs so badly since even with the 3D mode disabled it is still rendering the same image twice?

That seems to be the consensus with a lot of players. No one really knows what to make of it. I loved the game overall but even I was confused by it at first. It won me over once it became batshit crazy.
