Guys, you have done a fantastic job..stunning. I think I am right in saying you should 'pinch out' the flower from your coleus to encourage leaf development. Although looking at what you've achieved, who am I to say.
Very beautiful, I'd love to do that but it's way to hot here in the summer in far northern California... gotta plant ones that can take the heat and hope they make it.
I live in Redding, and I have a very similar setup in my backyard. It's actually doable, I slowly introduce my plants and keep the ones that need to be in the shade in a shady spot. The banana's love the full sun here and a few other tropical varieties like it as well :)
