Glitter sell well, it was decent but people compared that soundtrack with her previous works so it looked like: she has never sold less than 10 million copies and now she is selling like 3.. but Glitter wasn't that much of a flop. The film was a disaster though. I don't like that much but it's not that bad like a lot of people claim

Love the album and the movie, especially the scene when she found her mother. Makes me cry every time. Favorite songs "Never to Far", and "Lead the Way". Timing of release (9/11/2001) affected sales, but was a solid album and movie.

Don't know about the fans, but the movie & album didn't do so well at the time, Mariah puts it down to the album being released on 9/11. I guess the reaction from non-fans put her off, but sounds like she might sing something from it on the Caution Tour, we'll have to wait and see.
