Green Day are a band and it was at their concert in Hyde Park. Bo Rhap came on over the sound system before Green Day took the stage. So remember this was only 3 years ago, 60,000 Green Day fans all knowing the words and singing along to a song released before they were even born. That’s how legendary this song is! Is there anything around at the moment do you think, that will have a crowd singing like this in another 45 years time? Because that’s how long ago it was released. It’s incredible isn’t it?

Right before Green Day was up, Bohemian Rhapsody was played, and the crowd gave it everything it had. You can see Freddie sitting in the clouds directing his fans. Bear in mind that this was in London, Freddie's hometown. Virtually everyone in the UK knows this by heart. It's almost like an unofficial national anthem. It's been number 1 twice in the UK. It went to number 1 for 9 weeks upon it's initial release and went to number 1 for another 5 weeks, after Freddie died. :)

Listening to this always makes me feel emotional. Something about a large crowd all connecting is very powerful. This was before the concert started and as you said was the song that was getting piped in. This was also 2017. Over 25 years after Freddie's death.
I will leave a rare request. You pick which you want to do. It's Late off of the News of the World album. Which is a bluesy rock song and greatly underappreciated. Off the Night at the Opera album Seaside Rendezvous. Another example of Queen's diversity with it's vaudevillian ragtime feel to it. And the final choice would be The Millionaire Waltz. One of several epic level Queen songs. It will take you for a gentle yet exhilarating ride. Off the album A Day at the Races. Just a touch of Queen's many different sounds. And please do the studio version. Many songs are best heard live. Some need the detail and nuance that the song deserves and that comes from the album cuts. Cheers!

Loved your reaction to this. I felt the same way when I first heard it. Queen was always experimenting and never confined themselves to one kind of music. A couple of quirky little Freddie-written songs are Lazing on Sunday Afternoon and Seaside Rendezvous. On the first, Freddie and Roger recreate vocally a number of different instruments. Brian My also wrote one in a similar mode where he recreated several instruments just using his guitar and sang it himself too. That's Good Company . All three of these are on the Night at the Opera album.

Bad boys of Texas your reaction to the green day concert here in London at Hyde Park was really amazing and respectful. I have been a Queen fan and Freddie Mercury fan since 1974, there music also Freddie's voice was just like music and a voice from Heaven. Freddie will always be loved and missed by all his fans around the world and not just from his country of England. I wish you both well and please stay safe. 💂‍♂️💂‍♂️💂‍♂️💂‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Told ya Boyz...everyone loves Queen...we’re a huge family!!! Greenday hadn’t gone on yet and out of respect the band waited until the song was done before coming on stage. This is a huge rabbit hole you’ve chosen and personally... I’m lovin’ your reactions!! When I first subscribed there were about 60 subscribers...curious to know what your subscribers are up to now ? It no longer shows on your page. For a completely different vibe, would love to see you two react to Bloodhound Gang singing The Bad Touch... I think the video will make you laugh...As usual much love from Saskatchewan 🖖🏻🇨🇦😊

I was one of the people requesting this! Thanks for the reaction! This was a festival and they played songs over the PA in-between bands. It gives me chills every time. The cloud formation on the left looks like it is Freddie looking down on his fans and by the end of the song the sun starts shining.
