The band members of Green Day are huge Queen fans. They play the instrumental version of Bohemian Rhapsody before every concert. There are videos of other crowds around the world doing the same thing, but this one is...... by far..... the best !!! R.I.P dear Freddie. We love you....
Just look at the cymbals when the song goes: ..." body's aching all the time... Goodbye everybody, I got to go...." 😢 The cymbals are moving in a breeze of wind 😮 ... I think Freddie was there, singing with the crowd ❤
I was there during this; it’s a memorable moment I’ll never forget. Green day came on late because they refused to interrupt the song or the crowd - waiting until the track had finished. The first thing they did walking out was applaud us and give a well deserved shoutout to the man himself.
Makes me cry tears of joy every time to know that truly, only Freddie could bring so many people together spontaneously. And he's not even with us anymore.
the thing is it isnt a random crowd, it is a crowd of brits, and this is what we do if we ever hear this song, we cant help it, it is in our DNA, lol this is like our national anthem..
Whenever I watch this amazing video, I can't help wondering what the Green Day band members backstage were thinking when they heard their own crowd singing this. I reckon they must have been absolutely blown away as much as I was when I first saw it. Just incredible. 🙋♂
No this is the original nothing to do with the band Green Day weren’t on stage they were late. So the crowd spontaneously sang when the band arrived they didn’t interrupt the singing it was after Hyde Park that they played Bohemian Rhapsody before all their concerts. And these were not all Queen fans but in the UK everyone knows the words to this. Freddie Mercury and Qyeen are icons in Britain.
I just came across your channel! I've watched a lot of you videos already! I know you love crowd participation stuff, check out greenday crow sing boulevard of broken dreams at Reading festival (england) also you could check out last night of the proms for patriotic & crowd participation stuff and then there's arctic monkeys at Glastonbury (england) for more crowd singing content! 😊

This happened before GREEN DAY took the stage. Oh, and EVERY crowd is a Queen crowd... like LIVE AID, and especially in England... blessings.
Freddie’s stamp on the world is legend ❤

What a fun crowd, I mean who wouldn't want to do this? This helps brighten what's going to be a dreary, cold day, thank you as always
Loved watching this!

What an incredible experience - I'm so happy for you! And kudos to the band for letting you all have your moment in the Sun.
They do this most concerts
65,000 Brits in full song 🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧
Bohemian rhapsody is like a second national anthem to us. 👍
this is so true, if you wanna know if any brits are around you, play this song, we cant not sing to it.. lol
I watched the clouds open up like you said what would Freddie think
Freddie is still controlling the crowd thirty years later
Makes me cry tears of joy every time to know that truly, only Freddie could bring so many people together spontaneously. And he's not even with us anymore.
I knew you would love it!

Freddie was very happy conducting 60 000 people from the clouds that day. Kids in England are still born knowing the lyrics of BoRhap.😉
It's in the DNA. You can take the kids out of England, but you can't take England out of the kids
I had the Greatest Honour to be there and be part of an amazing experience
Awesome!
I loved that they even did the guitar solos! Great job everyone!!👏👏👏👏
You see that big bright thing in the sky shining down on everyone? That's Freddie....
Sends chills down your spine. Fantastic
Nothing beats British crowds nothing ! This is our national anthem !
