LECHE FLAN Recipe | Smooth and Silky Oven Baked Flan

Leche Flan
✔️Ingredients
10 pieces egg yolks (large)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml)
1 can evaporated milk (360ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
*sugar for caramel/syrup
Yield: 4 pieces on round molds (size: 11 x 4cm)
(about 3 pieces on regular oval llanera/molds)
*For BAKING:
* Bake in a preheated oven
* Baking temp: 160°C or 320°F
* Baking time: 45 to 50 mins.
* Oven Heat setting: Down heat only
❗️Baking time may vary on the type of oven.
*For STEAMING:
* Cook in a steamer for about 60mins. over low heat.
