It's impressive that in a world without electricity for 500 years they were able to keep some motoric vehicles working.
I agree. The mechanics must be amazing working on 500 year old machines to keep them running.
They have electricity in the show, I don't know why the guy said they have no electricity.
@@azalago I think they do not say that actually. They say they had no electricity, THEN the 500 years and the rise of the barons - it is more then possible they got a lot of stuff working. After all, we also see a SHIP - that needs a lot of at least oil to operate.
They had no electricity when the tragedy happened, THEN 500 years passed and society is working again.
Plot twist
Guns have been banned due to their lethality. ._. They're welding an army of swords & axes.
And anyone smart enough to ignore said ban would basicly be able to build a faction and take over the world of idiots

Because our movie lacks the budget to use firearms and squibs cost a lot.

When I first saw the previews of this show I had to watch it. I hate they cancelled it. My brother and I were raised on martial arts movies. The show was very beautiful.

No fire arms weren't banned due to lethality. No one alive knows about guns or firearms yet. That technology knowledge was lost to the times. They do have crossbows and bows, though

Please revive Into The Badlands. It was a gem ahead of its time in terms of the talented team from Hong Kong that brought incredible marital arts choreography to Western television.

A couple of important points: clippers can't have romantic partners or children, so Sunny was in an illegal relationship with the doctor. Also, Lydia's father Penrith is played by Lance Henriksen, who is most well known as Bishop the android in the original Alien films. He's actually been in a bunch of sci-fi and horror films, but he's alwo done voice qork in video games. He voices Fleet Admiral Steven Hackett in all 3 Mass Effects.
