Hi there, thanks so much for watching. For help with your Luminaris 200 White Toner Transfer printer, please contact service by emailing us at Service@Ricoma.com. Thanks!
some parts of my image aren't transferring to adhesive, even after I use a towel. I don't think I am pulling the adhesive wrong. What other reasons are there?
The best thing to do is as soon as your open the press when you press the 2 sheets is to not take it off the press like this video. You should leave the sheets on the press and peel it while it's still very hot. That's what works best for me. The way he does it here is edited in the video and not detailed enough.
Hello, could you please give tempatures for the different types of garments. For example, we dont know if you are using all cotton shirts and yiu are doing 310° for 30 seconds. Is that the same temperature for blend materials and other? Please let me know. I started using my equipment and having problems when I do the cold peel. Some of the design is is coming off. I am dong it on a blend shirt and from a recommendation i am dong it at 285° for 30 seconds. Maybe I need to increase the pressure. But if you could please just answer the temperature question, I will really appreciate it. Thank you.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out with your question about temperatures for different types of garments. For 100% cotton shirts, a common temperature is indeed around 310°F for 30 seconds. For cotton-polyester blends, you might want to use a slightly lower temperature, around 285°F for 30 seconds, as you mentioned. For other materials, like polyester or blends, sticking to about 280-300°F for 15-30 seconds is typically effective, but it’s important to always check the fabric care labels for specific recommendations. Regarding your cold peel issues, increasing the pressure can definitely help ensure better adhesion. If you’re still having problems, you might also want to check your heat press settings and the condition of your transfers.
@@ricomatv I think he's referring to mirroring the design. To utilize the Legal size, please follow these steps: 1. Extend the tray to its largest size by pushing the green tab. 2. Remove the rear cover for the tray.
