used to struggle with severe cystic acne, all over face and back of the head. only cleared up when i kicked all skin products and did an elimination diet. kicked all processed foods and ate mostly meat and eggs, very nutrient dense. the gut-skin relationship is very real, so for anyone struggling I highly recommend you clean up your diet/do an elimination diet for a month, see what happens, it's amazing.
@@quarttzy id like to imagine, they're a multivitamin packed into a shell. but i think the main cause of my acne going away is the fact that i wasn't eating all the foods that i used to, not necessarily the foods i was eating during my elimination diet (though i do think they played a role since they're nutrient dense).
Yess frrr… I hate acne with my whole heart. I am breaking out so much on my cheeks rn like. Never make fun of someone with acne bc THE STRUGGLE IS TOO REAL😭😭😭
Thank you so much for this video, im right now in my room crying because I have always had an ok face with no acne and then suddenly woke up to really bad acne on my face. Every day it keeps getting worse and I don’t know what to do. This video really moved me.
hi bro, im "new" in the channel, (i was following you but i watched lmonly like 5 videos), can you give me a tip for dry skin? what should i do and dont do, im 17, i think my acne is from hormones (sorry my bad english)
Hi I've been following for a while and I think I might have the answer youre looking for. Wash your face gently with a cleanser and afterwards put on a moisturizer, preferably without perfume, to rehydrate your skin. In this step I leave out my pimples but I put some antibacterial vitamin c cream on them. This should solve the dry skin problem. I put on some benzoylproxide cream afterwards but you can use a retinol or something but that's a step further
@@Daniel-k5d2b I see, i was doing the cleanser, but not the moisturizer, i think thats the reason why my skin was dry after i used the cleanser, thank you bro 🙏
Use Neutrogena hydroboost moisturizer. I used to have really dry and red skin and I'm 14 BTW had acne for 3-4 years now. This stuff cost like 12 bucks yes it is in a little container but it lasts awhile and it works awesome haven't had dry skin since.
I don’t know what happened but it was either an allergic reaction to the byoma moisturizer or a poor diet from Easter bug my skin is looking horrible it’s so bad and it’s spreading all over my face 🥲
as a teenage girl with the biggest insecurities, acne being number one, your channel has really helped me a lot ❤

Also don't wash your face with super hot water and you should be good
