@@montyy2350 Arguably the best, although there are other shows that have elements better or matching that of AOT in pretty much every department, I think I can safely say AOT takes the cake for being the most well rounded and flawless of the modern masterpieces. Made in Abyss has a (everything I'm about to say is opinion, and I'm using as an example.) better setting, Akame Ga Kill kills off even more of it's characters and is a thousand times more edgy and heartbreaking than attack on titan, Gurren Laggen is more motivational, Eureka Seven does a better job representing the harsh realities of fighting a morally grey war, and Code Geass has better characters and slightly stronger narrative; albeit with slightly more potholes and noticeable writing hiccups. What all of those random anime have in common though, is that they have one or two things they do really well and bank most of the show on that. AOT's strength lies in doing EVERYTHING on par with the level of a masterpiece, backing it with one of the greatest soundtracks ever created, and having no noticeable flaws or plotholes at all; aside for maybe extremely minor pacing issue with the first season. Is AOT the best show ever created? Possibly, and if not, than it's damn well close and without a doubt way in that upper echelon of quality. The only thing stopping it from hitting the absolute peak of greatness, is it needs to somehow stop just doing everything amazing, but do one thing perfect. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Somehow when playing the OSTs while reading the mangas, gives me literal goosebumps even in the exciting part which chills my whole body. My point is AoT has the most amazing Ost in all the anime series I've watched.
Whenever I watch documentaries about Kruger or Serengeti where animals fight each other or when humans face Ice Age giants I think about this audio track. If you think about it, the series focuses on survival and the fact that humans are also humble creatures who do everything possible to survive in a world that, as Mikasa says, is cruel and beautiful
It also plays during the opening battle for Trost, where the Garrison guy gives the Advance Team a speech about them being the last line of defense before getting overrun.
Guys guys come on the meaning of E.M.A is really obvious: *E* very titan shifer passes on their memories unto the next holder of such Titan. Although not as OP as the Attack Titan's ability to project memories to past holders, the normal way still works for all 9 Titans. Armin will eventually eat Bertolt and inherit the Colossal Titan. This will allow Armin to see through Bertolt's memories, but also connect with him emotionally. As we know, Bertolt has a crush on Annie (who doesn't?) so this might be affecting Armin's emotions as well. Thing is, as of Season 4, we find out Armin has been visiting the crystallized Annie to talk to her. He's developing feelings for her, but the thing is that this predates the Colossal Titan inheritance. He already looked up to Annie before, but thanks to Bertolt's memories these feelings towards Annie are magnified. So, in short, we called this track E.M.A. to resemble how Armin *M* isses *A* nnie

Blocking the gate with the boulder. Literally my favorite scene in any anime I've ever seen. And a big part of that fact comes from this soundtrack that went with it. Perfect embodiment of the feeling when all hope seems gone, and then the footsteps of a huge titan carrying a boulder bring it all back.
