    Made these tonight. Put uncooked extra in freezer. They were indeed the crunchiest onion rings I've ever had. Recipe is a keeper and I have subscribed. Looking forward to some more great recipes. Thank you!

    Tried this and it turned out amazing. It was really crispy and not oily at all. It even stayed crispy for quite a while after frying. Thank you for sharing this recipe and your useful tips.

    Hi Bharat! I followed this recipe of yours and the onion rings came out perfectly. However, I have a doubt - I am planning to make these for a theme party, for which I need some colourful food. Is it possible to colour the panko crumbs before frying them off? Or is it possible to colour this after it has been fried? If yes, what is the kind of food colour that I should be using? Can you specify a brand here, that is available in India. Will really appreciate the help, buddy! Thanks a ton.

    ya whats thedifference between baking poder and baking soda
    i just love your recipes

    • @bharatzkitchen
      @bharatzkitchen  8 лет назад

      Baking soda is just baking Soda (alkaline) and baking powder has both baking soda or any acid with it so it reacts as soon as its in a liquid solution , I added soda to make the solution alkaline :)

    hey
    plz help me as i dont have corn starch..is there any alterntive??

    • @bharatzkitchen
      @bharatzkitchen  10 лет назад

      well i you are in India corn strach is basically corn flour but if you want alternatives you can use potato starch or tapioca flour (sabudana atta) corn starch is easy to find and is pretty cheep it is commonly used in sauces to thicken them :)
      hope this helps

    • @riddhimak2511
      @riddhimak2511 10 лет назад

      bharatzkitchen if i use only corn flour instead of corn starch and dont use makkai atta in batter will it work? since makkai atta is not available in this seasn.:(

    • @bharatzkitchen
      @bharatzkitchen  10 лет назад

      well it will work to an extend but corn meal aka makki ka atta will help in giving extremely good result so you can definitely make it without it but there will be difference in results :)
