As far as I'm concerned Kenny Wayne Shepherd doesn't get the recognition he deserves for a great guitarist he is and in my opinion he's the greatest living guitarist there is right now

This is some serious shedding. Gives me goose bumps. Amazing rhythm great vocals & unsurpassed guitar work. That thumping bass & drums makes me feel the eyes of a woman who has captured my heart drawing me in.

Kenny Wayne Shepherd is my long time favorite musician. I had a guitar in my hand when I was introduced as a teenager, blown away by his talent, and happy to know that he's only a few years older than me. I'm extremely inspired by this blues rocker, and a huge thankful fan! Every jam session, every road trip, every mountain ride, KWS has my life soundtrack in that guitar. Thank you brother!, gentlemen! Rock on! Thanks for coming to Albuquerque last Friday, it was really good to be able to see you again and Buddy Guy! -That lightning storm was right behind you during While We Cry was awesome and great timing! Thanks for toughing out the heat and calling the rain down with your rock and roll, we all absolutely needed it!
I just bought the Trouble is, 25 anniversary album. So glad these guys are still together. The new album is just as good as the original, but their talent is more developed. Awesome musicians and definitely underrated by a mile

You would be hard pressed to find any UK based commercial radio stations playing blues rock

I can't get enough of this song. I listen to the cd in my car. I listen to it on my phone and right now with my ear buds ( loud) watching the video. Like i said i can't get enough.

I had the great pleasure of spending what seemed like hours with Kenny in Orlando at the 2006 NHRA Pro Tour. He was beyond cool asking me to follow him and a film crew around that was interviewing him at the time. He posed for so many of my pics without complaint, autographed a ton of items for me, gave me his demo cd of 10 Days Out and his assistant told me I was the only fan there getting that demo 😍🤘I felt a tremendous honor in that gesture.
What a wonderfully humble and pleasant man he is. Not a fake or pretentious bone in his being.

The love that KWS and Hannah have for each other is very evident in this video. Seen him twice in the past year and both times, seen them sitting with each other along with their youngest daughters back stage pre show just relaxing and being normal parents.

I don't give a rat's a** if anyone else likes em. I'll carry the flag. This proves they can entertain the 20 somethings and my age range.

This is just a great song! The fantastic playing is in context with a good tune. This is the hallmark of the KWS band and why he is one of my favorites. Not afraid to stretch the blues like Stevie and Eric.
Discovered these guys in 2000. They were support for Jimmy Page and the Black Crows. I was blown away. Fell in love then and never turned back. Ive since become a big metal head, but I’ve never strayed too far from KWS. Always one of my favorites.

Huh 🤔 - I’m a 70ish Baby Boomer who should have known KWSB’s music before today! In any case, THIS is 👍 imo, and IDK why there aren’t more views, comments, or even recent ones, on a 6 yr old video than there are. For some reason it was put on my YT list of recommended videos, that I 🙏 and fortunately decided to watch! Had it not been for this I never would’ve heard their music, only recognizing the band’s name from many years ago.
I’m 65 and thought it was me lol

Kenny's dad was my program director at KCKR 93.5 FM in Crockett,TX.
He ran several stations in Texas and Louisiana in the 80s. I got my start at that little station in 84.
My dad loves this song it’s very special and takes off all the bad vibes

Such a cool tune. As others have said, it has a great groove to it and Noah's voice just fits the vibe. Kenny has great tone and some nice licks. The first time I heard this, it made me think of being in high school and watching Miami Vice. For some reason it just has a little bit of an 80's feel. I picture Kenny and Don Johnson driving in a Ferrari thru the streets of Miami at midnight. Oh yeah, and of course the camera cuts to scenes of a black panther stalking in the moonlight.
I say all that with appreciation for KWS and Miami Vice, no sarcasm intended to the 1 person who gave me thumbs down. This song took me back to that era and that's what I envisioned listening to this. I have Lou Gramm's "Midnight Blue"/ Foreigner's "I wanna know what love is?" (saw them on that tour) and Ted Nugent's "Little Miss Dangerous" because I heard them on the show or in that time frame and they bring back memories. Believe me, I'm a KWS fan, seen him at least a dozen times. I have a friend in Shreveport, LA and I make a trip to meet up with my bud, have some good times, and see Kenny.

Cindy Humphries Agree but sadly this new hip hop stuff is all the radio stations want to play. This is some of the very best music I've heard in quite some time. This music just puts you in that special place. And, it's great enough to keep you there. IMO.

KWS Band has really honed their writing, I mean they were great out tha gate with "Trouble Is". I was driving around LA around 98 when "Blue on Black" came on KLOS and I've been with them ever since and always will.
