I started smoking weed on a daily base since i was 19-20 yo. Im 33 years old and i noticed that it stagnates me. Im clean for 6 days now. My mother is battling cancer and when i told her that i quit smoking she cried and told me that she is confident she will beat her disease. Cant go back anymore. After only 6 days i feel a better mind body connection, im less impulsive.
First off, tell your mother to keep battling! My wife and I are sending our prayers 🙏 That's about the same timeframe for mine as well, and I have been so much more clear headed since quitting! Great start on 6 days - if you need any support or want someone to talk to who has also battle this for most of my young adult life, please reach out to me!! Stay strong man and thank you for sharing ❤️
@@joshuargauthier thank you bro, appreciate the kind words. I subscribed. Wish you and your wife the best in life.
Thank you, man, that means a great deal! You better let me know when your mom wins her battle and that you stay winning yours 👊

Just started my stopping journey
I’m 72 years old been smoking weed for 52 years. Yeah theres some withdrawal symptoms. But you really gotta want to quit.
Mind over matter.
52 years...wow. Props to you for starting your journey! It's never to late, and I agree, you really have to want it because there are definitely withdrawal symptoms that are easy to play off as not a big deal. Proud of you and keep fighting!!
Finally I found someone to look up to 😊 I am pushing for 50 and started at 12, you do the math... Starting that young really was not a good thing and I have tried many times but right now I feel this is THE time I will push on. Let us not get into how much negative effects it has had. The fact that I now have a good job even though I never finished university, all while smoking constantly, like on my way to work etc, it makes one wonder what I could have done without it. Hope you are still on the right path brother.
@@Niex_Knox this IS THE TIME!! Believe in yourself. We can't change the past, but we certainly can change our future...so fkn proud of you! Don't ever hesitate to reach out if you need any additional support or someone to talk to! YOU CAN DO IT!
But also: engineer your environment to suit your needs.
That's a great point that I may not have touched on! Take away some of the environmental aspects that contribute to the usage. Thank you for sharing! 👍
It is day 1 of no weed, and clicked on this video to prevent myself from giving into the cravings. Your story gives me motivation that I too can quit smoking. Stay strong brother! Keep shining 🌟
Thank you so much for sharing this, and I’m proud of you for taking that first step! Day 1 is no small feat-it takes courage to make the decision to change. Remember, cravings may come and go, but your strength and determination are what truly define you. I’m honored that my story could give you motivation, and trust me when I say you have everything you need within you to make this journey a success. Stay committed, stay strong, and keep pushing forward 💪
I'm doing day one today 🦍
@EdmondLozano let's go!! You can do it 💪
Congrats on your decision and achievement! I quit about a month ago too. I smoked weed for 20 years-sometimes every day, sometimes a few times a week. It was always there since I was about 19. I started feeling really stressed, depressed, and like I couldn’t handle everyday life.
Now that I’ve quit, I’ve been taking magnesium and vitamin B6, and it’s made a huge difference. My stress levels have dropped, I feel way more in control of my life, and I’ve stopped eating junk food. After about two weeks without weed, I also gave up alcohol. Honestly, I feel so much better-just a happier, healthier version of myself.
That's awesome man, and congratulations on your achievements as well!
Your point about feeling way more in control of your life definitely resonates with me as well. I was smoking 3 - 4 times a day when I was really using, and it's a night and day difference being clean!
I appreciate your comment and sharing part of your story. Best wishes to you in 2025 🤝💪
@joshuargauthier Thanks! Happy New Year!
Man, I stumbled across your video and it’s so relatable. I’ve been an on again off again stoner since I was 20 (currently 30) and I decided to quit recently as well. Smoking and playing video games was my catharsis after a long day.
I moved to WI to get my MBA earlier this year and truly realized how much of a hindrance the Devil’s Lettuce was to my goals and ambitions (the vicious cycle of laziness). Now, I’m clean, sober, and only surrounding myself with other people who have that same drive. If you are looking to start a business in WI, I hope we have an opportunity to cross paths professionally. You’ve got great energy, homie🤙🏼
Adam - this muthu****in comment made my day man. Thank you for the kind words.
First off, congratulations on taking steps towards sobriety! The thing a lot of people say when they are heavy marijuana users is that their "not addicted" or they can "stop anytime", and that may be true for some, but it is actual very difficult. ESPECIALLY, if you are using it in conjunction with other addictive things such as video games or if you are using to mask pain, sadness, and things of that nature.
How long ago did you move to WI? Let's connect man - I'd love to pick your brain and talk goals, dreams, and ambitions! Send me an email if you'd like brother. Thanks again for the comment, you don't know how much I appreciate these types of comments.
@joshuargauthier I moved here in August, brother. Love it so far. Are you on LinkedIn? I couldn’t find your email via your channel and my old ass couldn’t find the DM function on RUclips 😂
Crazy that my MBA program can teach me how to run various regression analyses and understand SEC 10-k filings, but I can’t figure out how to DM someone on this platform, lmao.
@Adam_B1 lol 😆 Technology is wack. I just accepted on LinkedIn! Looking forward to connecting.
My husband calls MJ his mistress, and is cranky and irritable when not smoking.
Been smoking for over 40 years. He neglected telling me the extent of his useage
when we met. Everyone who uses a substance needs to be honest to their
partners.
I agree with that wholeheartedly! I neglected to tell my now wife and fewnthings when we first met. Mostly because she didn't do them, and I was afraid of that. But, my drug issue was the worst by far, and thankfully, we worked it out when she found out. Honesty makes everything better in relationships! Thank you for sharing ❤️ and I pray you guys are able to work through it.
10+ years daily smoker and other substances now 200 days sober
That is absolutely incredible. What has been the hardest thing about staying sober for 200 days?
Its me again TMR it's gonna be day 7 clean thanks to you 🙏🏽
Broo...it's all you!! I'm just here to inspire and share my experiences. Proud of you. This made my day 🤝 Looking forward to you checking in on day 14
Appreciate the vid. Def feeling the same way. After 20+ years of smoking with my longest break being around 2 weeks I am currently on day 17 and feeling pretty damn proud of myself and looking forward to achieving some goals in my life. Battling some serious insomnia with nights of zero sleep at all but still haven’t given up. Thanks for the inspiration 🙏
Thank you so much for sharing your story and for watching the video! Massive congratulations on reaching day 17 - that’s incredible, especially after 20+ years of smoking. I know firsthand how tough it can be to push through those early days, so you should be beyond proud of yourself. It’s not just about quitting; it’s about reclaiming your life and setting the stage for those goals that once felt out of reach.
The insomnia can be brutal, and I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that. Remember that your body is recalibrating and adjusting to this new chapter, and while it’s tough now, it will get better. Try to stay patient with yourself during this process - every day that you push through is another step toward a healthier, happier you.
Hearing that the video helped inspire you means everything to me, and your comment is a reminder to everyone out there that change is possible, no matter how long the journey has been. Keep going, stay focused on those goals, and know that you’re not alone in this fight. I am rooting for you. 🙏 Stay strong - you’ve got this!
@@joshuargauthier Just wanted to come back and say thanks again! I don’t have much support when it comes to quitting smoking weed with all my friends and family being smokers themselves but your vid really hit a chord and inspired me to stay strong and committed to stopping. I really hope you realize how much it helped me and for that I am thankful 🙏🏼 Proud to say today marks day 100. I no longer have the urge or even think to smoke again and with how I feel about myself and where I’m at I’m not sure I ever will again. It’s a possibility I may on a special occasion but I have no immediate desire to for the time being. Insomnia has been the worst of it for me but I think that’s slowly been getting better since around the 70-80 day mark. Thanks again for your insight and inspiration!
@KillahKoncept man, you have no idea how happy it makes me hearing all the progress you have made since we last spoke. Absolutely wonderful, and proud of you. I hope YOU are proud of yourself. It's a big f*cking deal, seriously. As far as your friends and family go, I hope you continue to stay strong with these changes and don't allow that negative influence to bring you back to those bad habits. I'll never tell someone they need to turn away from friends and family, but I will suggest that if it's a negative impact on you, then you may consider rethinking your inner circle. It was hard for me every time I've had to reform my inner circle, but it’s been the best thing for me! So proud of you and excited to hear about your progress next time!!
I die if I don't get my sleep. I have anxiety issues and sometimes I can't fall asleep and worse, I keep waking up even if I do. When this happens, at night I take L-Theanine (harmless amino acid) and a 25mg diphenhydramine (Benadryl) tablet. Although it's better to tough it out and restore natural sleep, I use the OTC meds from time to time because for me, a lack of sleep has CRAZY bad effects on my mental health and makes my depression 10x worse. Hope you sleep well again soon!
@NorthernGuy-v1x love the support from everyone, and thanks for sharing your experiences! You never know who it can help.
perfectly said bro. i’m 12 days in right now. fighting psychological depression and anxiety right now. i’ve got a girlfriend and a baby and i feel that it’s still killing my relationship and my mental health at this time. i’m slowly getting better daily but i have a hard part everyday with my mental state. i have no cravings for weed. almost no withdrawing affects other than psychological issues. just can’t wait to be mentally set free. i spend time outside to feel more accomplished and it helps but the anxiety and depression eventually take over at some point in the day. i’m a strong minded person and it’s killing me knowing that im going through this. thank you for you story bro. you’re an inspiration to others. continue fighting strong.
Thank you so much for being vulnerable and sharing your story as well! You're doing amazing, and I’m truly proud of how far you've come. At 12 days in, you’re already taking huge steps not just for yourself but for your family, too. Facing those tough mental and emotional battles can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety and depression start creeping in. It’s totally normal to have hard days but remember - it’s these battles that are building your mental resilience. Keep leaning on the things that help, like spending time outside, start exercising, and eating well and know that each day is another victory. You’re stronger than you know, and this journey is setting you up to be the best version of yourself. I will definitely keep fighting strong my friend and you do the same!! My best paid weeks came when I stop for a month and I was convinced I can control it and just stop and that was my biggest mistake…..I pray this video helps me cause I been searching so hard for a video like this….thanks man❤
I went years stopping for months at a time, then started back up again, so I know how it feels, man. But, I know you can quit if you truly desire to. You have to have a driving force that holds you accountable and for me it was the birth of my first child because she needs me to be the best man I can be and I can't be that man by smoking. It turns out I never could even though I convinced myself I could "quit whenever" or that "I needed it to relax"...and any other excuse my mind conjured. Stay strong, my friend, and dig deep into your heart to find the strength to push through the desires. This community is here for you! ❤️ Don't hesitate to reach out

Appreciate the positivity bro
Thank you, man. Maintaining positivity in life can be difficult when you look at the state of our society, and then have your own demons to battle on a daily basis. The thing I have done is to write out my reason for fighting - why I keep going...that has made a huge difference in my day to day. Really appreciate you stopping by and taking the time to leave a comment. It means more than you know 🙌
Hey! I just wanted to swing back by and say thanks again for leaving a comment and viewing my video - I greatly appreciate your time!
5 years without smoking here! 30 yrs old. Schizo-Affective. Discipline and routine. Dependency! My life is so much better. I am still involved and around but I do not use it.
This hits close to home. Currently struggling with sobriety and I need it - not just for myself but for my family. I’ve struggled with substance abuse and in turn depression for years. Did you identify the root cause of your depression and addiction? I think once I heal my trauma I will be able to better stay sober, just so hard to climb out of it. I’ve made some awful mistakes and makes me feel worse about myself
Thank you for sharing first off, it isn't easy saying these things outload, so you should be proud in the fact that you have identified where you are currently at - now, it's about taking the painful steps to make change happen so you can be the best for you and your family (who need you to be strong)!
Listen, I to have made some really awful mistakes in my life, and I thought for sure that this would be the end of the chances from the people I hurt the most...but by the grace of God, he put the right people in my life at the right time. They stuck around (though they had every reason to absolutely leave that version of me), and I made a promise to myself, God, and my family that I will never allow myself to get that low again. I HAD to take action on making those changes though, and at times it was difficult, especially early on, but I took it day by day. To answer your question - yes - I did identify the root cause of my depression and addiction. For me it was two things: I spent years telling myself that I am living a particular way of life, but when the doors close, I wasn't doing anything I was saying I wanted to do. I wasn't pursuing my passions, I was lying about my financials and other things and not living up to the standard that I envisioned for myself, and secondly, I never allowed myself to acknowledge the trauma I went through growing up in poverty and just how much that influenced me in my young adult life.
I created a video when I first made a promise to myself that I would use this channel to create content that I thought would help people not make the same mistakes I made throughout life, and in that video I let it all out for the world to see (only a few people saw that video lol, but it was a huge step for me). I then started doing therapy in addition to journaling and what not. I recommend watching my earlier videos if you're looking for a place to start that journey for yourself! I think it can really help you get started. Then I want you to come back after 30 days if you decide to take action on some of those things I talk about, and I would love to personally review them with you with no obligation other than the fact that I want to help you in any way possible if you'd like.
It's no mistake our paths have crossed. You can email me (email in my profile on YT) if you'd like, and I can just listen if you want to let it all out then we can talk through what change would look like given your current standing in life. Whether you decide to do that or not, I genuinely hope nothing but the best for you. YOU CAN OVERCOME THIS. PLEASE, do not let your intrusive thoughts win because our minds can be both positive and negative. Your mind will try to hold on for dear life keeping you attached to the bad/negative habits that you have developed to get to this point, but that same mind can be the very thing that breaks the chains that keep you a prisoner. God has called you to a purpose that is greater than you can see. Trust in his timing which is perfect. The trials you face, are not a sign of his absence, but a testament to the strength he has placed within you. Each challenge is a step in that journey. There will be times when you feel like you are fighting alone, but know that you are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses, cheering you on, praying for you, and standing with you in the spirit ❤️
I am reminded of a recent quote I came across that goes like this ….
“Who’s the real you? The person who did something awful, or the one who’s horrified by the awful thing you did? Is one part of you allowed to forgive the other?”
Forgive yourself and push forward. You’re stronger than you think/know and you’ve got this!
@KillahKoncept I love this! Thank you for the encouragement you're sending 🙌
I started smoking bits here and there at 11 but got heavy into it at 15 since then i have tried to be stoned all day everyday im 41 this year and i think im ready to quit for good but im scared im not entirely sure if i am scared to succeed or to fail maybe both weed has been such a big part of my life the future looks scary but i will forge ahead with vigour and determination.
It is scary. I used to use weed as a way to relieve my stress and feel better about myself to the point that I didn't feel like normal when I was sober, and that's when I knew I had a problem. For me, I needed a strong enough reason to pull me out of the darkness that I was in, and my daughter being born was a huge contributing factor to that for me. I also was asking why I wasn't achieving my goals and blaming it on everything/everyone else except for the real reason, which was me. When I got high, I did nothing in pursuit of the goals that I wanted to achieve, but in the midst of it, I didn't care because the high just consumed me. I've been sober for almost a months now, and I don't think I'll ever go back. I am finally living the life I always envisioned and I don't want to steer away from that. Stay strong and don't hesitate to reach out if you find yourself struggling at all 💪🤝

Yeah man I quit too It was kinda easy I just simply told my self that herb is the enemy and that I’m paying money to feel like shit
Congrats man! Proud of you for kicking it to the curb. I had a similar mindset as you - basically just told myself nothing about smoking served me or my goals!
Hey man.
I just wanted to swing back by and see how you're doing since quitting weed? Have you stuck with it, and if you have, how are you feeling?
Its more like you have discipline issues than weed addiction. From what youre saying you let weed take over your life instead of it just being part of yours. I started weed when i was 16, filipino here. But i still smoke weed now in 33 and im still enjoying and able to do things i want.
I would agree that I've experienced discipline issues for sure, but my lack of discipline was only enhanced when I was smoking weed, and so I think a lot of people have had similar experiences. For me personally, I've always had high personal goals and I wasn't able to pursue them and enjoy weed. But, for those who can, this video is not for them! I appreciate your insights! Happy holidays 🙌
@@joshuargauthier yes i also couldn’t agree more. Weed basically is not for everyone as some people say, as the same for other things in life, this differences makes us unique. I appreciate the response and your video.

I suppose it's the "every day all day" that's the problem. I had to quit drinking, because once I got home from work, I seemed to NEED 3 or 4 drinks in me - before I even finished cooking dinner. Quit drinking (again) two years ago but still have that overwhelming desire to "twist off" after a mind numbing work week. I've always had a strong desire to numb right out from time to time. Weed gives me some enjoyment of solitude, music, and food, and with a few other supplements added in it makes me super sleepy and sedate and I go to bed and sleep like a baby. For me, it's a lesser of evils for now. They say it's the need to numb out that is the problem - I grew tired of twelve-step life and living life grinding my teeth in a constant state of dread and anxiety. Some of us need some kind of medication I guess. With weed there is no 70 pounds of weight gain and dangerously high blood pressure. Each to their own I say. Use the poisons you can manage, ditch the ones you can't. Usually it's pretty clear which are which.
Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective! Those are all great points. Some things people just can't handle while others can, and it helps them in a variety of ways. I can definitely understand and appreciate that. I've gone back and forth for years, and it only negatively impacted my life. Thanks again! I hope to see you around.
30 days sober after 6 years daily user and to be honest life is very hard, a lot of anxiety, depression mood, zero apetite, and insomnia with annoying dreams.... someone dealt with these symptoms...?? I wish will be better in next two months... I heard symptoms will finish after 90 days +/-
Wow, I know how hard it is to stop after such long use. Everyone experiences symptoms differently, so it's hard to say how long they will last. Try to find something positive to replace your previous use with such as reading, exercising, or any other positive hobby! You should be proud of being 30 days sober. Some days it'll be easy and some days it'll be hard, but it'll be worth it. Don't hesitate to drop by when you need a little motivation my friend 💪
@ thank you bro, today I feel much better, idk why but this is insane
@ogfori1639 lol it was hard for me st first too. But I always thought about how much better I would feel when my body got used to being substance free, and so far, I haven't had any cravings for weed for almost a year. And I feel better than ever!!
My og start with cannabis/lsd/shrooms was to be more creative as a programmer. Oh boy 3 years forward i struggle to do basic stuff, cant really focus and spending half paycheck on lettuce. Its a slippery slope, i also have addictive personality but its double edged sword not really a issue if you direct this energy. All our brains have similar hardware so we should just try to reprogram the software (mindset).
I agree completely! I also have an addictive personality and find that i can get obsessed with both negative and positive habits, so developing discipline and a strong mindset are ideal!
I feel exactly the same way rn
Do you think it's something you need to try and quit for good?
I smoke still smoke nd the only time i dnt is when the weed trash, also i get tired of rolling up. Once i hit that im co0ling but it all depend on how u feel. It really helps u fall bak nd eat when need too. Weed aint for everyone nd it really depends on how u use it.
I definitely agree. I do think there can be a lot of positive benefits depending on the situation. I used it mostly when I was gaming, and the two together made it worse for me. Thanks for the comment!!
Being sober is a blessing I only realized once I lost control of it.
I love that. I, too, didn't realize how much better I felt sober until I was fully able to walk away from weed. For me, it's been one of the best decisions of my life
@@joshuargauthier More power to you mate.

Interesting perspective but I live where this is cheap and when you vape it it’s just so much better
See I've never vaped it, but I get addicted to the high and I've never been able to be as productive as I want to be on it. Happy for the people who can though! Thanks for your insight 🙌
Ich hör mit weed jeden Sonntag auf und fang jeden Freitag wieder an 😂
Lol too each their own my friend!
Just found you. I am in a 6-year long relationship with a man in his late 60s who has smoked weed since he was about 14. I am trying to end it. I feel the marijuana use has damaged him. He is so irritable and cranky when he isn’t stoned. He does not believe it causes issues. He says it is Gods plant.
Thank you for being vulnerable and transparent, sharing your experience with me. I can relate to some of it because I definitely used the "it's God's plant" excuse religiously when I was using. I was in denial with all of the negative consequences that I would experience during the height of my addiction, and it unfortunately leaked into my relationships. You can recover from it, but it requires the individual to accept that it's hurting them. I hit absolute rock bottom, and I was faced with the choice of losing my family and ultimately myself or quit. I'm glad I chose my family and myself. After being sober for this long, I do still think about it, but my desire to be the best person I can be is so much stronger! I am sorry you've had to experience this, and I hope things either get better or you find the courage to walk away. I know it's hard. Don't hesitate to reach out even if it's just to talk! I appreciate you 🙏
Normalize working things out instead of "trying to end it" That's the easy way out.
@@qui3t my gut tells me that jillybones has been trying to work things out - it has been a 6-year long relationship, but without more details all we can do is assume. 34 and coming around to the idea I can't have it in my life for a long time or set some strict conditions on it.
It's just too important of a time in my life I need to get to where I want to be and then relax. Not relax when I need to get where I need to be.
I love your perspective on it! I tried implementing strict conditions on it, but I always fell back into old habits. So I had to stop outright. Thanks for sharing man, stay strong!
Hey! I hope all is going well for you since dropping by. How has your journey been going with weed?
I really feel bad for anyone who's been bullied. Young people need support. We all do actually. Anywho peace to anyone in that position. Bullies are pussies.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. It’s true-bullying leaves a lasting impact, and young people, as well as adults, need a solid support system to help navigate those tough times. Your message of peace is powerful, and spreading that kind of empathy can make a real difference. Standing up for kindness and fostering understanding can truly help build a more supportive world for everyone. Life is just a joke there’s nothing good about it excersize women it’s all not going to give you control over your self it is just the way it is we are here to struggle
Ah, man, I respectfully disagree with you. It's true there is a lot about life we can't control, but that's not our focus. Life will come at you 1000 miles per hour, and the one thing we can control is ourselves. How we think, how we react, how we decide, how we overcome, etc. Mastering ourselves will help us slow life down just enough to enjoy its beauty, its mystery, and all of the good that life is. Life is not a joke, my friend. Work on developing yourself and you will start to see!! 🤝
*context* not everyone can do it through the same methods or angles, just cause it worked for one person doesnt mean it works for everyone
glad you're clean but the video comes off kinda preachy mate
Hey ghostking, I sincerely appreciate you swinging by and sharing your opinion!
With that being said, you're the first person to say it comes off as preachy out of 100+ comments - did you watch the full video? I'm not telling people what to do but rather sharing my personal experiences with Marijuana and empowering those who have also had issues to share their stories. I'm always looking to improve on how I deliver in my videos and aim to share my experiences as I have tested a lot of different things on myself and know personally that not everyone can do it with the same methods/angles! I hope people try my suggestions out as I do think they can help, but they are definitely not the end all be all as I too grow and improve from methods that maybe once worked, but now don't.
Again, I appreciate you stopping by and I hope you watch the video all the way through and letting me know if you still feel i am being too preachy! I am always looking to grow and improve 🤝
@joshuargauthier I had but then again much like your experience shapes your perspective mine has shaped mine, I'm not saying you should change the video cause it could help.people regardless of my opinion.
100% understand and respect your experiences! I wasn't trying to be pompous, I do genuinely love getting feedback, so it's a sincere thank you!
Left picture looked more like Ebola tbh
😂😂 dang, fair enough. Merry Christmas 🎅
@@joshuargauthier yeah, merry Christmas to you too.🎄
One can be depressed and still up a smiling face. thumbnail such as these should be avoided; promotes wrong images of depression or such😊
Hey there!
Are you referring to the thumbnail portion I am assuming? I'm not exactly sure what's clickbait about it. The topic of the video is about my weed abuse? As far as actual depression - absolutely, a lot of people who are depressed smile through their misery. I spend a large portion of my adult life in and out of depression that no one ever knew about. So, I do agree that people can hide their depression with a smile. It's called smiling depression - very popular in teens.
I appreciate your comment, but nothing clickbaity about this video, in my opinion, or in anyone else's for that matter as you are the only individual who has commented such a statement out of 150+ comments. Next time, dig a little deeper before making ridiculous statements that only aim to make you feel better or feel some level of morality.
Good day!
@@joshuargauthier thank you for actually replying and understanding what I was trying to say.
I meant 'thumbnail' , sorry for the mistake.
Yeah, kindly refrain from promoting false ideas. Such thumbnails are not uncommon. This is not a major issue as such. But maybe, a little more refining of your contents.
There have been people , married adults who have smiled or pretended to be okay throughout while battling depression without a single person noticing that they are severely depressed. It came as a shock to His dear ones when the person took his own life.
Thank you for actually seeing my reply and thinking that it is worthy of being replied to.
Appreciate your thoughtfulness.
Of course - and thank you for your clarification.
Just again though, I am not promoting "false ideas." While it is common for people who are depressed to smile through their depression. It is also common for people to show sad or emotionless expressions as well. So again, my video talks about quitting weed, and in the video, I talk about my experience with depression, and it being related to my marijuana addiction. So, the thumbnail is a depiction of me while I was abusing weed and also being depressed, and then the motivated side.
I understand what you are trying to articulate here, but this is not the correct context. If maybe the video was solely about depression, and I was using the thumbnail to promote false information about depression and how it affects people or things like that...then I could see your point. But I am not promoting depression in the way you are describing.
As someone who was experienced a great deal of depression, and have made an attempt at suicide, I would never try to swindle someone about a very serious topic.
@@joshuargauthier it's not uncommon for people to take things out of context. But I'm not trying to do that here.
Anyways, thanks for clarification.
Good day Sir 😊
What's up with all these small channels shitting on weed when it's obviously them. Not everything is for everyone, I can smoke weed no problem but alcohol has the same negative effects that you were describing.
I agree it is not for everyone. This video is for people who have recognized it to be a problem for them. I believe I even acknowledge that there are tons of benefits for people who have specific conditions like cancer or seizures. I also agree alcohol has the same negative effects that I outlined here, potentially even worse with what we currently know. So not shitting on week for everyone, merely just pointing out my experience with it and providing helpful information for people who feel the same. You can see by the comments that tons of people have had a similar experience as me, so this video wouldn't pertain to you. I am glad you can smoke with no issues! I wish I could, because I do enjoy the feeling of it. Thanks for watching a bit and commenting though!
It's from God it's good for you 😅 , it's all in your head it's not the weed.
Lol if only that were true. If you can handle it with no issues, more power to you but so many people know it negatively affects them and I'm glad those people found this video helpful!
Are you still sober?
Yes I am! Going on 9 months now :) Thank you for checking in!
Hey! I just wanted to stop by and stay thanks again for leaving a comment - I am still sober since we last spoke and appreciate you checking in 🙌 I hope life is treating you well!
