    coıuld you tell me please what is the difference between Erika Record Baking Equipment ER-EP11/31-RH/RD and Erika Record Baking Equipment ER-EA11/31-RH/RD please?

      Hi there! The ER-EA is the Erika Record Easy and features automatic pressing of the dough, cutting/dividing and rounding of the dough is still a manual process. The ER-EP is the Erika Record Easy Plus and features both automatic pressing and cutting/dividing of the dough, with rounding still being a manual process.
